Comfort Suites Wisconsin Dells Area

First thing was walking in with a note saying pool under maintenance. And will be up by the next day. Room was ok but some garbage left in the room. Next day came and the pool was still empty. Kids really disappointed. Asked and was told by midday would be ready. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case. Next day came and still pool wasn’t ready and kids very disappointed as myself. So on that note. We are not happy with the stay. That was the main reason we book the room there for the pool. So I don’t think I will stay there again

I like the location is not in a heavy traffic area. The staff was very nice. The breakfast should be more children friendly with milk and cereal.

The hotel is dirty, both in the room and in the common area. We had a child on the pull out sofa and the mattress springs were digging into a 9 year old, definitely not possible to have an adult sleep on it. Breakfast rather poor and the breakfast area was dirty and unorganized. Overall very poor quality.

Our stay was good no complaints other than room could have been a bit cleaner between the vaccuming and the batthoom had hair in the tub. The pool was great kids had a blast. Was a nice place to stay overal.

3rd time there. By far the worst yet. So dirty. Everything, including the room. The breakfast was the worst yet, by a mile. Broken everything. More concerned about possible mold I saw just about everywhere, but mainly in the pool area. Not sure if new owners but my family won’t be staying there again. Very disappointing. This is a picture of the hotel pool. This one was better than others we got.

It is a decent option close to Cascade Mountain for skiing and the rooms are spacious enough for a family of 5. The breakfast was extremely limited so do not expect to eat here. There was very little to eat and not restocked both days we were here. No coffee by 8am. No ice or vending on floors 2 and 3 so a little inconvenient. But it was a reasonable no frills option to stay close to Cascade

We have stayed at this property for years due to it being the closest to Cascade Mountain. However, this hotel has gone downhill and this year was our last. The staff was rude. Rooms were dirty and the breakfast was subpar. Unfortunately, our family remembers how nice it was 5 years ago and we are done.

A standard affordable truck stop. Our family stayed here while passing through on a road trip. Not an ideal stop for a family.

Ajay was very rude. Even though we reserved a room for 5 adults and 1 child, he came out and counted us and asked who was the child. My 6 foot tall 16 year old son is a child. We only had 2 towels in the room. When my husband went down to ask for more towels and washcloths, he was told our reservation was only for 2, which was not true. He only gave us 3, and no washcloths. We had to use hand towels, and when my husband went to ask for 1 more the next morning, he told him we had gotten all the towels we should have and he probably didn't have more in the wash. There was no cold water in the sink, and the room amd hallways were not well maintained. We didn't even bother with breakfast. We were just ready to leave.

I never rate a place unless its excellant ...first of all they didnt have any clean rooms we arrived at 8:45 pm and they didnt have clean rooms it took nearly 2 hr wait in reception to get a room they are short staffed is what they said and then the pool was out of service I reserved because my kids love the pool and also no hot water to shower also couldnt sleep because no dark curtains the light from the parking lot straight in our face and morning sun couldnt get sleep bad luck... I probably wont reserve here again
