Kitchen staff was so rude. Women kept saying how people was irritating her, the adults are worst then kids just very rude.

For the most part, the hotel was nice. The lady working the front desk was very helpful as well as the valet. The location was 2 blocks from Fiserv Forum which was very convenient since we had tickets to the game. The room was mostly clean. There was some hair leftover on the floor from someone else. There was also no handle on the inside of the bathroom door making it difficult for my kids to close it since it was a heavy door. The complimentary breakfast was not great. There was barely anything left when we got downstairs and they were unable to keep up with the number of people eating. The tables were mostly 2 tops which wasn’t ideal for me and my 2 boys to be able to sit together.

Clean room - was able to check in an hour early which was really nice - as my family was in town for a Bucks game. Just what we needed.

The stay started off on a bad foot when the room I reserved was sold out. They gave me a King Bed for two male family members traveling together. They tried to accommodate us with free snacks, but we checked in very late and were departing very early. Then the Valet parking was expensive, but we did not know where the free parking was. The room had no closet or area to hang clothes or put our luggage. Was very disappointed after the description I read on the net.

Rooms was very good. Breakfast needs more options. Staff was amazing, especially valet services. Sam found our family heirloom and she had the honesty to turn it in, and we found it. We are so grateful for her honesty. Overall, a good hotel.
