They lost connection for any television programming and I was told multiple times it was almost fixed. It took over a day. The next day the water was shut off with no notice! We went to eat dinner at 6pm and the staff never came to serve us even after I asked the front desk if they were open. I had to order Uber eats to feed my kid as the staff just sat and watched tv. Never again.

Overall a great experience. Check-in went smoothly with very little fuss or frustration. They charge $25/night to park behind the hotel, but there's another lot immediately behind that one for $5. If you can bear walking the additional 10 feet, do it. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff, the woman who greeted us Sat 7/29 around 5 PM (sorry forgot the name, but was black woman) was super helpful and very nice! We appreciated her a lot. It's a nice looking hotel overall but our room had some major issues. Very sticky in there based on poor air circulation/venting etc... Being at 65 degrees and running a hot shower was enough to leave condensation under the team and on the desk. Also, this is when the floors got sticky--the temp/humidity fluctuation. Bathroom fan and door were broken--assumed the door wasn't necessarily broken but warped due to the humidity levels. Sprinkler system was installed but the drywall around it was incomplete. Small details but the humidity issue was tough to nail down before going to bed with our kids, but all was good. I'd give this spot 4 of 5 stars and most of that is because of the great team they have there and then the location. We were able to easily walk to Fiserv, Riverwalk, The SafeHouse, Summerfest Grounds--all within .5/mile radius. Would happily return--and hopefully they finish the rooms.

I booked a one bedroom suite which was advertised as having a small dining table and chairs, couch, and ottoman. Pics show an area rug. Our room had no dining room table and chairs, and no ottoman. We got that room specifically to host other family members (who were staining in the hotel). When I asked about the missing furniture, I was told there was none available. The lack of furniture and area rugs created a terrible echo chamber in the room. In addition, there were no cups in the room at all, even with the Keurig coffee machine. Although the coffee machine had cup lids. The toilet paper holder was broken. One last thing, I’m not sure what they clean the laminate floor with, but some spots were slippery as ice.

Our family stay was overall very good! The hotel is clean and very modern as well as the room which looked recently renovated. Staff was very helpful, although they may not answer after 9 pm when only one person is at the front desk. Be aware the parking lot is very limited. The first night, we arrived late and had to park on the street so not super convenient. We did not leave in the evening because we did not want to lose our spot!

Friendly staff. Clean room. Comfy beds. Centralized in a good spot where there a lot of things to see, places to eat. We felt safe walking around the area with our kids. Not too far from the fuser forum.
I didn't find it necessary to charge for parking. That would just be gimme for renting a room. I wish the bar was open. It would've been nice to watch the game and enjoy some cocktails at the hotel.

My family was impressed by the decor of the room and the beds were extremely comfortable. However, there was some debri left in our room, and I requested twice to merely have our beds made and I was told that only happens every 3 days. I know housekeeping has been lax since Covid, but if you pay close to or over $200 a night for a hotel, I don’t think it’s too much to ask that beds be made each day. We had only one coffee cup that actually had a home but they did replace that after two phone calls. The biggest issue was the parking. A very small lot that fills up fast and many warning signs that you will be towed if in the completely empty lot beside hotel. Instead there is a decrepit parking garage nearby that is misleading as to where one could park. I think the front desk could be a lot more informative about parking instead of collecting $25 each night and sending you on your way to figure it out. Last, the elevator doors don’t seem to have a sensor to buffer their speed if you are standing in the opening of the elevator. My son got smacked in the face by the elevator closing.

NEVER AGAIN!!

The staff at this hotel is absolutely the worst you can find anywhere on the map. My card was wrong double charged at this hotel and when trying to explain that to the manager Kim, I was rudely hung up and kept giving me the run around everytime I would call back to speak to someone the other manager.
Furthermore this isn't an isolated issue, my wife's family has also had run ins with this lady and other staff members, they have always been nothing but disrespect and short with my wife's family and friends.
Think twice before booking here if your not trying to deal with staff members that aren't willing to help and angry that they have to be working at the hotel to start with as if to say you told them to work there.
