My family loved our stay. Everything was above our expectations. The kids loved the pool. We slept soundly in the clean, comfortable rooms. We loved all the modern updates in our room. Would love to stay again!

My family and I loved the hotel, it's beautiful. The staff and the attention are excellent. The only thing I didn't like was the cleaning of the bathroom, there was mold in the hand shower, the floor had garbage.

We enjoyed staying at this historic hotel. It’s very beautiful and the staff is kind, outgoing, and helpful. One negative aspect was we were put on a floor with a barking dog, crying baby, and children next door. Aside from the noise pollution it was a great stay and would stay again.

The hotel was immaculate! It feels so grand, they even gave us a complimentary glass of champagne at check-in. They also gave the kids a book and orange juice in "fancy" glasses at check-in. The staff was exceptional - all very very nice. The entire hotel was so clean from the rooms, to the pool, to the bars and restaurants - all very nicely kept up! Cannot wait to go back!

Me & family stayed in King suite in the old building. Room was very nice. great bed and pull-out couch. Shower was nice. tile could use an upgrade or cleanup. front desk & bell staff were superb. We enjoyed the beautiful lobby decorated for the holiday season. This hotel never disappoints. Will definitely return.

The Pfister is a historic experience. It was fun seeing all the families getting pictures by the tree. Restaurants and lounges were great too, though a tad expensive. Parking was a little hard to figure out.

We stay here 3-4 times a year and this will be our last. It was my wife and 2 kids. We satayed here 2 weeks ago with 2 rooms for a total of 450$ and both rooms were newer and comfortable beds. This stay I did a king room that had the king bed and a pull out couch. Room was 560$ plus parking so 600$ for 1 night. The room has no way been updated since the 80s. Bed completely sucked. Pull out couch appeared to be from a 70s porn shoot. I promise I could of gotten a better room in the ghetto for 80$. The bed was so bad we got up and left at 3am. No one could sleep. When we checked in and they told me to use the first elevator I knew we were in trouble. This happened 1 other time. Not sure why when you stay in the oldest dumpiest part of the hotel they charge you almost 3 times more. I could of done 2 rooms again and saved money. I was expecting for 560$ a very nice room. The lobby and the top bar are super nice. I would compliment them areas. I have always recommended this place as it’s a great location and all but most people that I have recommended I think were put in this area as they have said same thing. Great lobby and bars. Their rooms were trash. There are a lot of very nice hotels in this area. They have screwed me for the final time as we left after 4 hours of sleeping.

Perfect time of the year to come. Christmas trees inside or beautiful. Great place for people watching because many families bring by their children to take pictures around the Christmas tree.

Staff was friendly, can’t complain there. The only complain I have is that our room was really chilly during the nights so that my kid got sick because the heater wasn’t heating up properly. They really strived to do something but the engineer couldn’t fix the issue and my kids had to sleep in a cold room for another night. We did get 2 more blankets that I requested but it didn’t solve the problem especially when it’s 23 degrees outside. Also, pool was located in a different tower so that you have to go through part of the lobby and take another elevator to the pool. So we didn’t end up going because it was to cumbersome to get there. Overall, I don’t know if I would come back.
