We were not able to spend time at the facility due to our demanding schedule. it was very good for my children and myself. Maybe next time we can have more time.

The staff was very nice and friendly. Hotel was very clean. The rooms were nice. But most of all we loved the breakfast. The hashbrowns were the best we'd tasted in a long time. Overall my family and I had a wonderful stay. Will surely go back there if we visit Milwaukee.

We have stayed here every year for over 8 years. Last 2 years it seems as if we are being supervised/watched. We come in a group of 20 or more each year. Last year we were literally asked why we were there for a family reunion or something. I will admit we are a huge crowd but we have never made problems or left messes on patio area. We were a little thrown off by the prices on the rooms this year. We will see if we continue our tradition in years to come. Besides that the receptionist at front desk Saturday evening 8/28 was extremly helpful and nice. Rooms were clean. Sunday they closed dining for breakfast at 10:00 am due to short staff.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming upon check-in. My room was spacious, comfortable and the cleanest it could be. The lobby has small gathering spaces if you rather not stay in your room, but the room had a nice desk and reading chair. My bed was firm and felt new; I slept like a baby. The room was very soundproofed and I couldn't hear anyone outside my room.....how wonderful. Since I now know how nice this hotel is, I will probably visit Milwaukee more often. Thank you to the staff for giving this traveler such a treat.
