We arrived on Friday night and checked in at the front desk. I then went and parked my car and headed inside. We were on the 4th floor and the key cards didn't work to unlock our room. So I left my family and luggage in the hall way and went back to the front desk. The man at the front desk said that the key cards have not been working all day and he would have to let us in our room. He said this was a problem with the entire hotel. Not sure why he didn't tell me that at check in. So everytime we left our room we had to wait for the front desk man to come to our room with us to let us in. Not a pleasant stay....

good location for family in Chippewa Falls Parking was not the best but hotel location is in the middle of everything they did the best they could

Great place! Thought there was a hot tub but the pool was awesome. Crazy idiot hockey kids where there felt bad for the staff as the kids were out of control. But the hotel and the surrounding areas where amazing. Attached restaurant was amazing. Staff. Five stars. Can't repeat enough.
