Nice easy hotel stay. Not the fanciest or coziest, but good for a nights sleep and great breakfast selection. Love a pull out couch for my family!

We travel every year to visit family that lives close down here. I try to stay in your hotels because so far they have always been good experiences. My only complaints were bed was a little hard, used toileteries left in bathroom & not new ones put out, & no do not disturb sign for our door. Also the pool could have been a little warmer , and the chemicals were so strong we couldn't stay long it burnt the nose and eyes. However, most importantly bathroom was clean and beds looked good. A big selection of things for breakfast. One suggestion though maybe add some vanilla almond milk as a selection. Overall nice stay and the staff were very nice. I would definitely stay again.

The staff was very nice. We called for an extra blanket and it was at our room in less than 5 minutes. . The room next to us had an adjoining door. We were not a connected group. The children were screaming and crying. We paid for a restful nights sleep which didn’t get. We could hear everything in the room next door and I am a very heavy sleeper.

Property was wholly “fine”. Had a building wide fire alarm go off in the middle of the night, woke the kids and terrified them. Smelled smoke, but fire department found no active fire. A discount or credit was warranted for the inconvenience, standing outside in the winter with young children. Most rooms seem to need a remodel, tile cracking in bathrooms, small TVs, couches and chairs are worn. Lobby has some exposed wood and wires from an active remodel there. Generally clean, but that was the most redeeming quality. Convenient to the interstate. Reasonable breakfast options. We had other family stay at the Fairfield next door, it was much nicer overall.
