The Resort at Glade Springs

Will not stay there again and we have a yearly family reunion in the area.

Our 2nd time back a year later and once again a wonderful stay. Accommodating And very friendly staff, grounds are well kept and amenities are fabulous for children. Will stay again!

We had a great stay at the Resort at Glade Springs. This was a last-minute long weekend getaway for our family and we greatly enjoyed it the rooms do you need a bit of updating, but they are spacious and comfortable and clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly, and the amenities are great and the breakfast that is included with the price is great, we used the indoor pool and hot tub and loved it. Will return.

Overall the experience was good. We arrived at 6:30pm and the pool was closing and the theatre was done for the day and the indoor pool was temporarily closed and the arcade card machine was broken. So there wasn't a lot to do. But we enjoyed bowling and dinner. The resort hotel could use a good cleaning inside and out. Outside there were cobwebs and a wasps nest. One of the wasps was in our room when we got in. Then the next morning another wasp got into our car. We planned to use the pull out couch for our kids but when we pulled it out it was dirty with grass and dirt and crumbs so we ended up not using it. Seems like a nice place that's just been a little neglected lately. Specifically just around the hotel portion of the property. All of the amenities were nice and nice buildings but the hotel room buildings need some attention.

Our reservations were in the Executive suites. There was unpleasant odor in the room. I tried covering it up but it was even in the bed. We moved a piece of furniture and there was a huge clump of pet hair. The towels were really rough. The employees were very friendly and accommodating. Shuttle was a hit with the grandkids. The food was good overall. The resort itself just needs a makeover. I will come back since there is enough activities to keep the grandkids busy but might ask to be moved to another area next time.

Absolutely loved this resort. There was everything you needed for your family of all ages with where are you need to go. There was bowling laser tag escape rooms in the mountain to go snowboarding or skiing. Not to mention the breakfast is amazing. Will definitely stay again next year.

There wasn't much to like about this property. We were there 1 nite Valentine's Day on our way back to PA from GA. Thought I was booking a night at a luxury sweet to celebrate. Quite the opposite. Their Exec. suite was terrible. Dirty curtains from the 70's. Old beat up furniture. They finally agreed to move us to the regular hotel room they called it an upgrade and wanted us to pay a fee but agreed to not cut us. The suite was 2 rooms this was just a std. Hotel room like holiday inn. We didn't have time to us any amenities so I can't comment. Incl. Breakfast was very weak. We did have a very good meal at their pub & service their was great. I would avoid this place unless you want a cheap place to take you kids to do some fun activities. This is no resort and they chg a resort daily fee too

Lots of things for the kids to do at the Leisure Center. Breakfast was excellent.

Very nice place. Our family of four stayed here after taking in the AACA auto show. The room was clean and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the food prices were at the on-site restaurants. Outdoor pool was very nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We will be back.

The resort and amenities are amazing! The hotel room was spacious but had a large stain in the carpet next to one of the beds--probably coffee stain. The queen beds were a bit uncomfortable and the pillows were very uncomfortable. But, I always expect that which is why I travel with my own pillow---just not everyone in our family does that. The included breakfast buffet was delicious and had many options to choose from. Our family truly enjoyed all the activities we did from bubble soccer, arcade, swimming, laser tag to the movie theater, escape room, and bowling. It was a fantastic weekend of FUN!
