Sleep Inn & Suites

The hotel is nothing to write home about and is good enough. My biggest problems were with both the staff and accommodations for babies. Before booking, I called to ask about rollaway cribs- I saw on both Expedia and the website that they had free cribs but I was concerned as to whether they’d have any available. After confirming and then booking, I call back to ask that the crib be brought to our room before arrival because we would be getting in late. When we arrived not only did they not have it ready but they also charged us a crib fee. When they finally brought it up to our room, it was a stained pack and play with a poorly fitting sheet- not safe for a baby. Luckily I had brought my own sheet and didn’t notice the stains until the next morning. Additionally, our room was poorly cleaned and had trash in it from the previous occupant. Needless to say, we’ll be looking elsewhere next time we’re in town.

This hotel was disgusting in terms of cleanliness. We arrived late in the evening traveling as a family including an infant and 2 year old. The first room we were given had full trash cans, used personal hygiene bottles in the shower and used dirty towels in the bathroom. My husband had to ask for a different room and we had to move sleepy/fussy babies over. The front desk was minimally helpful in the room change & this second room wasn’t very obviously used but still not clean by any means. There were cobwebs along the corners and dead bugs laying on the windowsill. Someone had written with their finger print in dirt/dust on the window “clean this room” from who knows how long before since it was very obviously still there. Ice machine was broken. Front desk was rarely present or helpful. We had to call to get someone present to assist with the room change and they were not there again at checkout. We didn’t go into any common areas or even attempt the breakfast (I didn’t trust it after the state of the rooms).
