I spent many hours on the road and through two states to visit family. I was unsure as to where to stay because I never been in the area and then I locate at the comfort Inn and it was in my opinion five star, hotel restaurant dining area. Everything was pleasant and very comfortable..

This is a really beautiful old hotel that's right next to the state park. Staying here was basically my kids' idea of heaven. It was really charming, I especially liked the old-school keys for the doors.
My only complaint is that our room was set up for 2 guests: 2 towels, pillows for 2, and two chocolates. We were a group of three, so I had to give my 2 kids the little amenities to avoid a fight breaking out. The restaurant is great but sort of overpriced. Service took forever but was friendly enough, I wonder if this is to be expected when dining after 8pm.
The coffee machine also ran out of coffee the morning after our stay, which was a huge bummer. It was overall a great stay but there could have been more attention to detail.

I hate to leave a bad review, but I feel the responsibility to set up expectations for other guests. We were given a room in the West Inn. It is really run down. Our room smelled so musty that we immediately called down to ask for another room, only to be told the main hotel was full and all West Inn rooms were identical. We had to resort to opening a window, despite the cold night. Furnishing are cheap and/or worn out. Details are not attended to. Decor is sparse and outdated (the lone tiny plastic plant on our table was symbolic of the entire stay). We seriously considered leaving after one night but laziness made us see out our stay. We were only staying there as overflow guests from a big family Thanksgiving weekend nearby, so we weren’t looking for anything more than a bed. But if we’d stayed there on a romantic weekend or something, I would have been sorely disappointed. This hotel needs a major update. If you go there expecting a quaint country inn, you will not be happy with your experience.

We had a room in the historic section and other family had a room in the newer section of the inn. Both were nice and comfortable. We are a few times in the restaurant. Two out of three of the meals were quick and good. However one meal took a long time (about an hour) to get to us. It was good once we got it.

We love staying here on way to visit family. Don’t get to do that often but look forward to the stay.

This was a wonderful getaway for my husband and I. We were greeted warmly and made to feel like family. The Inn was beautiful and clean. We ate in the restaurant downstairs and the food was great! Loved the taproom as well. Our room was clean and well maintained. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will definitely be back!

What a great stay at a beautiful Inn. My family really enjoyed seeing the natural springs. Plus, the Inn has 3 electric vehicle chargers for guests to use for free. Which was a great bonus.

Just a stopover on a longer journey, so didn't get a lot of time to explore the area but the room was clean, the food on site was good, and the car chargers were a lifesaver. The employees were friendly and tolerant of our little ones running around. It was good enough we stopped on the way back too.

Check-in was prompt, but I hadn’t expected to be in a separate building. The first room we got we ended up finding baby bugs and hair in the bed. They were nice enough to swap rooms and offer free champagne (not sure why a single mom and three kids need that one though)! The second room ended up having the same bugs, and a window crawling with stink bugs, plus food debris on the floor. The mattresses were hard and lumpy and no one got a good night’s sleep. Honestly, it wasn’t cheap for one night, and it wasn’t worth what I paid.
