This is a really good place to stay clean , friendly close to freeway I love everything about this location is my second time to stay at this place and definitely I will do it again I love to see the same faces you recognize some of their employees it makes me feel so comfortable ,then I know me and my family choose the right place we was in there for vacations stay 2 nights rent 3 rooms ,we definitely be back again to this place clean ,employees really happy thank you all the staff for what you do !! I really appreciated we will see you soon!!!

This property is good for families, would not recommend for couples. Hotel called me the morning of to confirm check in. Promised me a room with a mountain view. Received a room next to the elevator across the parking lot from an apartment building. Left room at noon during stay and asked front desk during afternoon to freshen room. Didn't happen. Breakfast is your typical expansive low end hot breakfast. Great for families letting kids lose on everything and saving a few dollars. Room was clean and comfortable.

Went for an over night trip with 3 kids, my husband and mother in law during New Years weekend. We were about a 20-25 minute drive from Leavenworth center square. The price was great, the indoor pool was open during winter season, and it was very clean. I'd stay here again.

Staff was friendly. Check in went smooth. Breakfast was super good. The overall cleanliness was good until I checked the beds for bed bugs. I do this at all hotels. I didnt end up doing it at this one until almost midnight as we were out for New Years or we would have asked for a different room. Our actual mattresses were gross. This was not the case in the room next to us so seems it was just our room. They were black. No waterproof covers. Only a water proof pad. We ended up sleeping on the pull out couch as my kid has severe allergies. Not comfy at all.

Very nice stay....our only issue was lots of kids and hallway noise until 10 pm. Parents should do a better job at teaching their children to be respectful. Ok off my soap box. Breakfast was good and the hostess was awes

The evening food service Monday to Thursday was unique to me....wish they had that over the weekend (Friday -Sunday) since I was there those days and would have enjoyed having some nachos with cheese or other treats when I got back to the hotel after a few busy days with family. Sink in bathroom dripped the entire time I was there and didn't drain well. Front desk staff was informed.

The hotel was pretty updated. The staff was extremely friendly! The breakfast was great, my kids were huge fans of the chilli in the evenings! The beds weren’t comfortable for my husband and I but we are very sensitive to where we sleep so never really input that into our reviews. The only disappointing part of the stay was our mini fridge didn’t work properly. Luckily we had coolers with us but wasn’t very convenient to have to dump and refill with ice everyday. The pool was perfect for my kids. The hot tub wasn’t working our first day or 2 but then it was fixed! Overall great stay we will definitely stay again!

We were amazed at the friendliness of the entire staff. During our 5 day stay, they became like family, seeing to our every convenience, and showing uncommon care and thoughtfulness as we were gathered with loved ones to celebrate a memorial to our sister. The Comfort Suites in Wenatchee was so much more than a place to stay for a few days!
