Property was nice. I enjoyed bringing my family here as we had a good view of the lake from the hotel. It feels new and clean.

Our family has a very negative experience at this hotel during memorial weekend. We booked one night stay which costed over $300. We have a toddler who is loud and loves running around so we went to the pool as soon as we checked in then went back to the room shortly after, we showered and we were unpacking to go have dinner when we received a phone call from the front desk saying someone complained about the noise coming from our room. It was 7:45PM so I got really upset because the noise that was coming from the people on the patio was much louder than our toddler signing and running around. I was very disappointed to say the least as the front desk was completely unprofessional. When I went down to the front desk to complain that it is absolutely absurd to call a family of a young child at 7:45PM to keep the noise down when there at least 20 adults out on the patio area right below all the rooms, drinking and laughing and all I got from the desk oh sorry about that. I chose this place specifically because their ads says “family friendly” which clearly it was not. We will not be coming back to this property which is very disappointing because the view from the rooms was amazing and it was such a beautiful area to be around.

Location is great - we walked next door to Pybus often. However, the pool is like 15x15 - like 4 hot tubs size.. and with 175 kids in there - its louder than a rock concert.

My family loved the room especially the river view. The room we got was very nice and big. We will come back next time.

I used two wine glasses from the lobby and had to clean both out in the bathroom sink before using. Rinsed them with water and then used a hand towel to dry and the hand towel turned brown. Also had a very noisy neighbor (group of kids) who made so much noise after mid-night that we had to call the front desk. Overall, not a great stay.

Pool was close for some reason until 7 pm and they open so many kids with no parents and loud and kids fighting. Morning no breakfast and the front desk person not even apologetic like it was our fault. And the sounds of people having sex was loud at 4am and kids above us was running until 11pm this is the worst experience ever. Not one time to say oh well

The property is new and very clean. Being close to the public market and the riverwalk makes for a nice evening or morning walk. If there is any opportunities for improvement it would be in the lounge furniture. The modern furniture that the Garden Inns have invested in are horribly uncomfortable and nothing that you would hang out on with friends and family

Really great for the family vacation. Best locations to visit places like Lake Chelan, Leaven worth, and U pick options (Cherries & apples) around Wenatchee.
