My family and I had a terrible stay. 1. power outage for more than 2 hrs and the staff does not know what to do and does not have any info regarding the power outage. 2. wet carpet due to condensation from air condition unit. ***When we informed the front desk about the wet carpet, we were immediately transferred to a different room. 3. mold under the kitchen sink. 4. When we checked-in, I was not informed of a parking fee until I received an email from guest rep telling me that she is "comping" my parking fee to compensate for our inconvenience from the wet floor. I appreciate that she comp the parking fees but, with all the troubles (wet carpet, power outage, and mold under the sink), I believe I should have gotten a refund. 5. Noisy because of the construction that is going on by the front lobby/outside parking area.

In a nutshell, it is a fantastic hotel for a family to stay a few days. Kitchen facility, breakfast, surrounding environments are fine. Only one disappointing point is some ventilating noise from the hotel courtyard through windows, which can be overcome by putting on earplugs.

We arrived after a long road trip but had a lot of trouble sleeping the first night. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, and it wasn’t prepared when we arrived ie there were no linens on the bed. My kids complained about sleeping there. Also, the traffic noise disturbed everyone. We were there for 2 nights and housekeeping did not come at all during the stay. My daughter had been sick during the day and I was waiting all day to change the towels and have help cleaning the bathroom. Overall very disappointed by the poor service and uncomfortable conditions for a family hotel,
