My brother, Daughter and I had a wonderful stay at the Graduate. We found it to be extremely convenient to the rail service which we took to and from the airport. Also, the restaurant upstairs was a great place for our family (from Seattle) to gather with us. Will stay here again if the need arises.

This hotel is lovely, but I wouldn't recommend it for children as our 11th floor window opens with no protection from falling. Staff was very efficient and friendly. I'd stay here again.

It’s an older building that has little to no noise cancelling between rooms. We could hear the conversations of guests next door as if they were in our room. The rooms were quite small for a family of 4. Cleanliness of the room was average. We stayed at Graduate Tucson and had a more pleasant experience.

This is not a four star hotel. No baggage holder and no room amenities. Entire floor was filthy. The carpet needed to be vacuumed and the tile floor was so sticky you wanted to keep your shoes on. I had to wipe up spilled water and the tissue was dark grey. Gross! No hot water on our last day and the bathroom smelled of mold the whole time. Room needs a proper clean. No child safety locks on the knee level opening windows. No deadbolt lock on the main door (only an old safety chain). Room was very noisy from different hvacs running and walls are super thin. One elevator was also not working. I will not stay here again.

I would not recommend stay here at all. The staff is very pretentious and it’s feels as though you are a bother to them. You can’t use the rooftop bar unless you have a reservation and they also don’t tell you that. My mom and I checked into our room and got a mini fridge for her insulin, not 2 mins later we got a noise complaint. Very terrible experience all around and honestly I feel bad for every single UW parent wanting to have a fun and easy place to stay while visiting their kids. I would HIGHLY recommend residence in next door. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!
