Treated unfairly. Was not allowed to check in early but other families were. Believe this was due to biased beliefs and culture.

Parking is $33 a day and 3 blocks away. Everything cost. Water in room cost. Snacks cost. Elevator sounds like kids are screaming under it for help. Had to move rooms because the tv didn’t work and they acted like it was a normal thing? You can find better tbh

Very cute trendy hotel done in a style consistent with other Palihotels in style and decor which is nicely done and cosy. The bar and restaurant attached are stylish and food was great. did find the dark green walls in the room somewhat oppressing but it could be just me. Also take a note that it’s in a historic building and traditional sash Windows are single pane so it’s very noisy especially on the street side and especially if it happens to be a protest going on outside which is a common gathering area for such events. They provide ear plugs so I suspect I am not the first to notice. If you want a peaceful quiet location this will definitely not be. Asked to be relocated to the back which solved the problem somewhat. There are also quite a few homeless people a block away by nearest train station entry and although the hotel has a security person in the evening / night patrolling the front of you are single female or family with kids you may consider it. Lastly curiously there is not a single drawer to put your things in the rooms if it’s your habit to unpack and not live out of a suitcase. Only 6 hangers on an open rod. Same for the bathroom - you have to fit everything in the tiny space of a traditional basin. But! I can’t fault the stuff or a location. Literally a block from the market, two blocks from Seattle art museum and two blocks from the train station that will take you to the airport or other locations in the city.

I chose this property to walk to everything. There were homeless people hanging out next to the hotel I did not feel safe taking the family walking around at night. In fact the whole street of Pine was not really that safe. Dark, lots of homeless everywhere on path to get to the monorail and train.

We came in for a concert at The Benaroyal Hall. Main reason we chose this hotel was for location. I read all the reviews prior and knew that it was noisy and that the lighting for doing makeup was awful. It literally sounded like we were outside in our room. On the phone with our kids they thought we were outside because they could here the seagulls so clearly. The garbage truck comes multiple times a night, or other delivery trucks. We were facing the ally so that amplified noise. While there was some homelessness and noise from that, the hotel has security that keeps them moving along. My hubby has awful hearing and even he was bothered by the noise in our room! Lastly, the lighting in the room is very dim, which I like but it makes it hard to do make up. Otherwise, we have no complaints, bed was a little soft, great location, friendly staff and clean!

Great property for walking to the famous fish market and downtown area. There are a lot of homeless people and people using drugs in this area, I would definitely not bring children here. We actually watched a man pull his pants down and defecate on the sidewalk a block up from the hotel when we went for a walk, not something I’d want my children to see.

I booked this hotel for 2 nights 1 for the day before our cruise & 1 for the night after our cruise. The first night in this hotel the ax went out & they moved us to a much smaller room with bad lighting I couldn’t see to get ready. Also this small room had the hand sink in a small area that was away from the bathroom!! Not sink in the bathroom at all. So I thought ok…. I will give them another chance when I return from my cruise. Well let’s just say the ac worked great the room was a queen bed but it was shoved up against the wall because the room was so tiny it should of had a full bed in there. There was 2 of us & I had to crawl across the bed to get in & the tv was mounted to the wall beside of the bed instead of the foot of the bed. Made it hard to watch tv as there wasn’t room for a chair although there was a bench at the foot of the bed but wasn’t made for sitting & watching tv. The shower water pressure is horrible in this hotel. The sink was clogged in the bathroom & wouldn’t drain as we brushed our teeth. Gross!! All in all I would not ever stay here again due to the price I was charged for the rooms & the trouble I had both stays it just isn’t worth it. Also there’s 1 elevator in the hotel & it takes forever to come to the 1st floor to pick you up. The hotel smells like my childhood old house. It is a beautiful place but needs a lot of attention maybe that’s why it was pricey for what I got. I’m not going to recommend Palihotel at all be aware not as pictured sorta

Really had a great stay! All the employees seemed super upbeat and helpful. The gentleman manning the desk on Sunday night June 4th was so sweet to a little boy and his dad by giving the kid a tennis ball for promising to read a book. The whole interchange was sweet to watch. Great customer service!

This hotel was amazing! It was very unique and boutique-like. Also, only a block away from Pike’s Marketplace! I’ve been telling all my family and friends about how great it was. I will definitely be coming back!
