perfect for my family!

At best, we would describe this hotel as mediocre. The room was quite small and the bathroom had no counter space. The TV was not working and when reported to the front desk we were informed that they were having issues with the TVs which were being replaced under warranty. They obviously haven't replaced all of the malfunctioning TVs as of the date of our stay. The breakfast was average. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It's location is close to several restaurants however we would not return to this hotel or recommend it to any of our friends or family.

Checked in after an exhausting trip and immediately laid down for a nap. Well the family in the next room had a baby that was crying loudly for quite awhile (30-45 minutes), so I went down to the front desk and explained the situation. The young lady immediately booked me into another room. We didn’t hear any noise at all for the entire night! Then, the next morning, we left and travelled 500 miles north by car. And when we arrived, I discovered that I didn’t have my cell phone!! It had apparently fell out of my purse pocket at the hotel and when I called they had it! Mystic sent it to my home via UPS. I am thrilled with the service I received from this team at Microtel, Winchester, VA!! Truly Outstanding!!!

This hotel is great for the price and proximity to the highway. My family and I have stayed here multiple times when traveling between NY and NC and it's always been clean with friendly staff. There are gas stations close by and breakfast is great.

Pretty new property. Price is right, conveniently located on our route to visit family further south, and really clean. Checked all the boxes for us. This was our second stay and we’d return!

Microtel did it again......another great night of sleep! After a long cold day in the pouring rain watching a college football game, it was wonderful to come back to a nice hot shower and 2 super clean rooms!! My family and I always feel welcomed by the staff. Thanks Jake for getting us checked in quickly with a smile and friendly conversation. Thanks Mystic for the early morning check-out with an equally friendly personality to send us on our way.

We enjoyed our stay! The hotel staff was friendly and the property was super clean and I felt very safe with my two kiddos. Pool was awesome.

The BEST hotel in Winchester VA!!! This hotel has it all: SUPER CLEAN rooms, good lighting inside and out, spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, extra large flat-screen tvs, mini fridges, microwaves and plenty of fluffy pillows. I must also mention that this place has the FRIENDLIEST and most helpful management staff I have ever had the pleasure dealing with! My husband and I have stayed in numerous hotels in and around Winchester for the past 2 1/2 years, some more expensive and some less expensive than the Microtel and they ALL fall short!! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through the area! Our family has made this our one and only hotel of choice when visiting Winchester or the surrounding areas. Thank you Mystic for making all of our stays so enjoyable!!!

Great breakfast. Bagels were cinnamon raisin, "everything", unlike others that just have plain. Raisin bran cereal also a choice so adults have a choice, not just children. Manager pointed us to a local mexican restaurant about 1mile away. Easy to get to - in the Target mall - and food was great. Couple of establishments next door - but nothing really walking distance. Easy on and off highway, did not really hear road noise. Great spot to stop for an overnight.

As a woman traveling alone it can be challenging to find a place that is reasonably priced, clean, quiet and most importantly - safe. This property was that for me. New, modern and minimalist not luxurious. Great for a one night stay heading north to see family.
