My kids loved the pool and I loved the Starbucks in the lobby!

Close to the Airport in a quite neighborhood. Lots of restaurants within a 1 mile radius and very close to Metro . Friendly staff at the reception. Breakfast is decent, saves you $$ if you are checking in aa a family. Plenty of parking just for $10 is a bargain.

The hotel is very infant friendly. Room are spacious and clean. There was no house keeping. There is only a very basic bar but not a restaurant. Also no dining options near-by.

We chose this property because it was close to the airport with a Shuttle service. We had 18 kids on a school trip and this would be easy to transport everyone to the airport for our 5am flight. They told us shuttle service did not start until 5 am and we like have to rent taxies to take us. This cost us an extra $300 for what we thought would be free. Front desk was unwilling to help us find a solution and pushed their problems on me.

We stayed here for 3 nights. We got a room on the first floor which was convenient for us as we were travelling with our toddler. We loved that our room came with a little sitting area that had a couch. The bed was super comfy. The shampoo, conditioner and shower gel was good quality. Loved that the hot water was actually hot which came in handy while washing our toddler's feeding bottles. There were outlets in many places around the room which was super convenient. Things that we weren't satisfied with are: - no fan in the washroom - the sink area was outside of the washroom, in the open which made the area look messy because we had so many toiletries. - the AC/heating system was way too close to the bed making the person sleeping right beside the system either super hot or super cold. - comforters could've been thicker - Upon check-in, we weren't briefed about the breakfast timings. We stayed from Fri night to Monday morning. We would usually go at 9:30 to get breakfast but on Monday morning when we went at 9:30, it was already done and they were cleaning up. - some staff were really friendly and greeted us when we left or entered the premises but mostly the staff looked like they were avoiding eye contact and didn't smile or greet us when we entered the lobby. This could be due to the long hours some staff have to work. We overheard that some staff are there from morning till 11pm due to understaffing which is a bummer to hear. Overall I recommend this place :)

Couldn’t check in due to age restrictions. Didn’t read the fine print, so that’s on me. However, the person at the check in counter showed any kind of empathy and had no interest in helping me find another solution, leaving me stranded at 12 o’clock in the night. Had a very early flight out from Dulles next morning, so I ended up having to sleep at the airport. My family will not use this hotel in the future.

There is a nice park and trail behind hotel. Is awesome if you have kids. The pool is nice and quiet.

Breakfast was great! Our room was so spacious for a family with small children. Very comfortable. We had a handicap room and the extra space was great. Things to note: there aren’t microwaves and the pool is a bit chilly. Pool room is warm though and towels are huge and absorbent versus normal pool scratchy towels. We loved it

Great value for our family on a road trip with a planned morning stop at the nearby Air & Space museum. Kids enjoyed the pool in the evening and a delicious breakfast in the morning that offered a variety of choices. We were traveling by truck, so the parking lot can be tight and pay attention to signs and get a pass so you aren’t towed.

The staff are friendly and attentive and go above and beyond to make sure your stay pleasant. I stay here anytime I’m flying out of Dulles or picking up my family when they fly in. The free shuttle service is great, I don’t have to stress about parking at the airport.
