Stayed for one night with my family. Two young kids and a small dog. We booked here due to proximity to the airport and shuttle service. Convenient and clean. Nice staff too.

The staff are friendly and hotel is pretty decent. Room is clean. Only thing I didn’t like was we were booked in a room around group of teenagers who were not considerate that people are actually resting. At one point someone knocked on our door at 12 am. I hope family bookings should be separate from group bookings to avoid that kind of inconvenience.

The room was in excellent order. Staff was tremendously friendly and attentive. The area is quiet and conveniently located close to the metro station. The shuttle service to the airport and metro station was a great time saver. Would most definitely stay here again and recommend anyone traveling to the DC area with a family to use this hotel

Wanted a spot close to the metro- this was a short 6/7 minute walk. Food options were around the corner, again 6/7 minute walk. Parking was easy and the rooms were clean. Not super family friendly if you’re looking for easy food options or even anything I see/do and the TV elections are minimal. But the proximity to the city overruled.

This facility is somewhat mixed. It is part new (bathrooms, walls in rooms) and part old (hallways, doors). They did a makeover but the old is still there too. Great location with easy access to Metro, Pentagon City Mall, restaurants. Found it to be a bit funky. For example, you have to pay extra for breakfast. It says $5 on the website but you have to order a package that allows you to cancel right up to the day before and that is like $15 a day including the breakfast. You can't get the breakfast alone. And if you just show up for breakfast with no dining card it is $25 for a buffet. One of the buffet hostesses goes into great detail in telling you how to leave a tip, then says you don't have to leave a tip. Found it odd that they solicits tips when it's a buffet--no waiting on tables. Had a larger room but it had the same furniture as the smaller rooms, just a little wider. Most "junior suites" have a dining table. Not this place, You have to eat at the desk or hold your meal in your lap. Like I said. A funky kind of place though the overall price is good.

The shuttle from the airport to the hotel drove right past my family after I called to request the shuttle. 50 minutes later, the shuttle didn’t come back and I was still on hold with the hotel when we decided to just take a taxi. After arriving to the hotel and asking why the shuttle didn’t come back, the receptionist told me “he’s busy” not an excuse, if you ask me. Depending on the receptionist, you either were given a bottle of water from the cases behind the counter or were told you had to buy a $3 bottle of water. Not a Hilton experience at all. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

Pleasant two night stay with the family. No complaints about the room. The buffet price and what they offer is not of value. Wish they had a pool and security cameras seemed limited.
