The suite was a nice size for our family of 5. The sofa bed was supportive and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Close by to supermarkets, shopping malls and restaurant options. Few minutes walk from metro stations and bus stops. 20 minutes away from most of the areas attractions.

Embassy Suits at Crystal City in Arlington, Virginia was surely exquisite! Though I would like to note a few things…
First off, if you are looking for cleanliness and care, this is the most affordable option in the market. When we’d leave, housekeeping would clean our room instantly, and cleaning would be thorough. The lady that happened to clean our room was very kind, and the staff seemed to be zealous and polite.
When we asked for extra sheets, blankets, or a mattress, we were provided with it ASAP. The food was excellent, and it felt very safe for me and my children (my toddler sure did enjoy it as well).
And as a note, here are some cons to staying at this hotel, some things that need improvement:
. When you go on the elevator, on the way up to your room, it makes you scan your key, without it, you cannot go up! My kid went up back to our hotel room after getting a snack from the lobby while I was upstairs (with the key), and he couldn’t get up without it.
. Parking was exorbitant: It was $46 a night! Why such a high price!
All said, hotel was excellent, but it can be even better, would recommend!

Sophia F was amazing during the managers reception. She not only looked out for us, but also our children and it was greatly appreciated.

I stay at many embassy suites if they are availabe in the areas i travel (charlotte, houston and dallas are a few i stayed at within the past year). This location needs some updates. Bathroom tubs were yellow and old. Hot water took a long time to come on. Staff was great and professional. Our issue is we paid for a higher room with a monument view. We were placed on 5th floor which did have view. The issue, this hotel charters lots of schools (middle and high school) student. Of coarse 5th floor and lower is where all the students stayed. Of coarse our floor and listeding too all the running all night. Elevator are slow especially when the kids are going up and down all morning. I love embassy suites, this location needs help.

It is always a safe bet to stay at the Embassy properties; this was no different. The food, hospitality, and comfortable rooms were all excellent. My family will always choose Embassy.

Great hotel for a family. Excellent breakfast. Clean and safe. Friendly staff. Thumps up for Helen for her great help.
Only draw back for the hotel IMO is the parking price.

This is an excellent hotel for friends and family as well as business. It's clean, professional, efficient and comfortable.
One thing not to like however is a $44 per night charge for parking. That's just ludicrous regardless of where you live. One other downside to my stay here was the couch bed had sheets, but no blanket or cover and the room safe didn't work.
Aside from that everything was nearly perfect.

The staff was very helpful. The glass elevator in the middle was safe and functional. A room card was needed to take elevator up to our floor. That was great to know that strangers were not allowed up the elevator. We booked a single room for five individuals. They gave us 2 double beds and a pull our sofa. The sleeping quarters were cramped with such small beds. Since we were all family it worked out. They brought up more towels and blankets so everyone had their own. I would stay there again.

We loved the proximity to the Metro as well as the in and out parking access. The breakfast was a perfect way to start the day! And the nightly manager's reception was a treat. The room was spacious and clean. Would recommend for families.

Embassy suites is typically our go to facility when traveling with the whole family. It is a beautiful facility, however the customer service during check in was lacking. The woman who attended to us looked like I was interrupting and bothering her. We needed extra blankets and towels and luckily the other rep was much more polite. Other than that we love embassy suites, our favorite part besides the spacious rooms is the breakfast station.
