Great value for the area! We have a toddler and it was nice to have a 2 room hotel room with a kitchen for such an affordable price. Also safe area with lots of convenient shopping.

We were in area for a family get together. It was a very nice place. They have a nice courtyard that you're able to hang out in. There was seating and even a grill. Very pleased with everything about this place. Best smallest apartment. Highly recommend.

We use the APT when visiting family or just hanging out in DMV. Usually, its a nice, fun and relaxing stay. However, we stayed at APT June 14, 2024 thru June 16, 2024 in room 207. The room conditions were awful. The microwave handle was broken, making it hard to open. The oven temperature could not be read, making the oven nonuse able, the coffee pot did not work. There were very few dishes and pans to cook with. Room 207 has been run down with no repairs. We informed the front desk about the issues. Nothing was done. A replacement coffee pot was offered but never delivered. We will have to find somewhere else to stay.

The room was clean and spacious. The courtyard was very nice. Staff was helpful. Only complaint was kids upstairs were loud.

Property was clean but neighbor upstairs was so noisy and some residents had kids that were loud and screaming. Also property changed my double bed reservation for a single and I had my male cousin with me so he had to sleep on pull out couch I thought maybe I would have gotten a discount. It was my third stay I would definitely go back though.

This is our new Go-to for staying when visiting families. We cannot say enough about the young ladies who keep this place running in tip top shape. Great staff and great place. Thank you again for a great stay.

Great property in an ok neighborhood. They only clean once a week and we were with a family and needed it cleaned . It would be ok if they atleast had a broom and dust pan in and I could clean it myself but there was nothing available and it’s hard to find someone who works there. Otherwise great
