It was our 4th family vacation at Topnotch. It’s a great place to unwind and relax. We really like that this resort has outdoor pools for the warm days and an indoor pool for cooler days and evenings. They offer many activities such as badminton, ping pong, tennis, board games and horseback riding just to name a few. The staff are friendly and professional. We’ll be back.

Property was beautiful ! Pool a really nice temperature with a gorgeous view… would suggest they pave the path by the pool… stone/gravel path was very hard on bare feet and tracked into pool area Room was great but must have very thin walls/floors… we had a noise complaint both nights there from people below us. Our grandkids ages 5 and 2 … both under 40 pounds…were in our room but I didn’t think they were exceptionally loud and it was before 9pm both nights of complaints I’m sure it’s a beautiful area in winter but was a lovely area to explore in summer too!

The proper itself was beautifully maintained and the common area's were great. If there's one concern that we noticed, was that the pool area was open to non residents and not just quests. There seemed to be many young Mother's with their children using the pools after 3pm.

Not in good condition for the price. Took full payement 2 weeks prior to arrival. Service is really average. Pool was full of people. Place for a family, not for a couple. Restaurant was not open not that close from the village. Room furniture really old and damaged. Way too expensive for the value.

Not the Topnotch that we remembered. We realize that the industry has been heavily impacted by the pandemic, but our overall experience was not as we had hoped based on past experiences. It was a good value for the room in the off-season. The room was nice & the beds were very comfortable. We weren't notified of any of the services or amenities when we arrived. The front desk staff was adequate, but not overly friendly or informative. Some of our disappointment was due to the other guests. The spa relaxation lounge was very noisy with a large group, and others brought their very young children in there as well. Having young children in the pools and hot tubs was dusruptive and not at all conducive to a relaxing spa environment. Note that children are permitted in the indoor pool and hot tub all year long as well as the heated outdoor pool and hot tub when the main outdoor pool is closed. The pools and hot tubs were also in need of repair and cleaning. Children running around & screaming in the restaurant was also a big deterrent to dining there. We did have a meal there & it was very good, as was the restaurant staff. We also had room service for breakfast once, which was good, but a bit cold & disappointing to have to eat out of take out containers. The restaurant was a bit overpriced. We really missed Maxwell's cozy atmosp
