SpringHill Suites by Marriott Vernal

Was a great place to stay with 5 kids.

Marriott beds are great and I love them but they are too high off the floor for a person in a wheelchair to transfer safely. Whenever I travel with a disabled family member we end up removing the frame and sitting the box springs on the floor so she can get into bed. Marriott should put lower beds in their accessible rooms.

The front desk staff were great, friendly, and super nice to my kids. Room was clean and nice.

We went to visit family. Check in and check out was great. Breakfast hit the spot. People above us paced & jumped all night.We had to walk over to the other hotel to use the hot tub because this one wasn't working. Then the wifi was having issues. So for the amount I paid I wasnt very pleased with the amount of things that weren't working.

Very comfortable. As a family we particularly appreciated separate toilette and shower. Could always be less noisy - the neighbour in next room (unfortunately connectable by door) was not behaving quiet at all.

The rooms are great, we had five families, and they made it possible for us to all stay on the same floor near each other. The jacuzzi was out of order, and that was true when we were there a year ago as well. We were able to use the jacuzzi at a hotel across the parking lot. Breakfast was great with lots of options on the staff was super friendly and accommodating.

The room worked well for our family of 5. The kids enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was okay, just wish there had been kid friendly cereal. In this day of short staffing, the person taking care of the breakfast was overwhelmed with keeping up with everything but did the best he could. Cooking the food and also keeping up with cleaning off the tables and emptying the garbage cans was very difficult for one person! Couldn’t find a place to put our dirty plates as the garbage can was overflowing!

We stayed two nights and there was no cleaning service or replacement of towels during our stay. I'm guessing they would have done it if we specifically requested it, but that seems like something that should be done without asking. Also, the heating system for the pool was broken. If you're going to charge an additional $20 per night for so-called "amenity fees" then your amenities should actually be in working order. The additional fees on top of what we already paid online is really off-putting. Hotels.com and the hotel itself should be more forthright in their business dealings. On a positive note, I was impressed that the guy working the night shift provided us some milk from their kitchen for our toddler when we ran out in the middle of the night.

Great place to stay with a family. Breakfast each day was a good variety and better than the standard continental breakfast at most hotels. Good gym with free weights and cardio equipment. Room was clean and spacious.
