Best Western Plus Landmark Hotel

Lots of families staying here and it felt crowded and noisy.

I have four kids. I book hotels based on whether or not they have a pool and if it is indoor or not and am willing to spend a little extra on the stay because of it. If you are not going give access to the pool during our stay then you shouldn't advertise it. We got to our hotel and my kids were all excited to swim and then we were told it was under maintenance and closed.

This is my family & I's first stay at Best Western. The accommodations were very appropriate. Our room was clean, bed and sheets very freshly washed and we had all the appliances working and functioning. I truly appreciate that with 2 lactose intolerant & sensitive skin children. It made our stay that more pleasant. My children were able to enjoy a quiet nights sleep. The hostess at the front desk was super friendly and accommodated us generously with our room at check in. The gentleman at 4 am was more than helpful and courteous in checking me out some remedies for my two children and their upset stomach. When asked for a few more blankets, towels or TP they more than willing to help me. I enjoyed the service, pleasant and quiet service here. Thank you and I hope to book another stay here in the future!
