Let me start off by saying this is not the place to stay. Starting early on with an unfriendly manager checking you in. Day 2 we blew it off and took the kids swimming, when the chlorine bag exploded and my 4 year began puking repeatedly unable to breathe. There were 9 kids in the pool that had to be transported to the ER, given breathing treatments, and be decontaminated. Manager didnt ask if anyone was okay or even care for that matter. We had to call none emergency dispatch and they evacuated the hotel. Then when we finally got to return we recieved dirty looks from said manager.

They ran out of double queens (which is what we booked) so my kids had to sleep on the pull out couch which was fine. The pull out was paper thin and dirty. They had no sheets or bedding for it. I ended up running to Walmart to get a blow up mattress. Everything else was average. It was not worth $250 a night.

I usually stay here when I come to Vernal to spend time with family. The staff is always so nice. I usually never have a complaint, but this time. We parked in a snow fillied parking lot. Driving through town every parking lot was plowed but this hotels. PLEASE PLOW THE PARKING LOT.

WOW. I have stayed at this hotel before with no issue but tonight was something else. I checked in as normal and paid the $25 pet fee. Then my son had an accident on the bed (as kids do) so I placed the blanket out in the hall. I went to the front desk and asked for extra blankets - the guy asked me if they were for my dogs and I said no, so he gave them to me. Then at 11PM the “general manager” knocks on our door and states he will charge us a $250 pet fee for the blanket in the hall and the top sheets I had placed on the carpet (the carpets were disgusting with stains as you can see pictured so I placed top sheets down for my kids to walk on). I was so heated (and pregnant) that we just decided to leave, it felt like we were being dictated how we could use blankets and threatened to be charged more money. I then told him on my way out that I would like a refund since we were leaving and he told my husband we are getting charged anyway. He then started filming me and my family telling us we would be charged for “damages”. I asked him in an accident on a sheet is considered damage and he wouldn’t answer me. He has now filed a complaint against me and told Expedia my dog did damage even tho we were literally there 2 hours. DONT STAY HERE. It is so gross and they are looking for ways to scam people out of their money.

First room we were given had a very strong smell of dog urine, and they did give us a different room. Sunday morning there was no breakfast as the person who prepares it had a family emergency and the hotel has no backup for this.

Stayed here with our dog because this was one of a few pet friendly options with a reasonable pet fee. We were informed at check in that the elevator was broken and assigned a second floor room. We asked the manager to please put us in something on the first floor and he said there was nothing available even though there were barely ten cars in the parking lot that night. We get into our room and the furniture is in poor repair- there's a blob of ketchup on the couch, the pullout sofa bed mattress is icky and there's no linens for it. I called to ask for linens and they tell me to come get them after watching me make three trips up and down the stairs with my family's luggage. I get back up to the room and discover they've only given us two towels for the three of us, and as for the linens for the bed they gave us one flat sheet, one pillow and one blanket. I go back down to ask for a towel, another pillow and blanket and the manager says he can only give us the one blanket he already gave us but he can give me one more flat sheet and one towel. REALLY? Who knows how long the elevator has been broken. They are cutting every corner they can here and it shows. I regret not spending another $50 to stay at The Holiday Inn or Best Western, and would never stay here again.

My room was ehh.. bathroom door was broken, hole in window that was duck taped, looked like smeared blood on wall. Breakfast was really pathetic. And I understand you have pet rooms but could at least attempt to clean the stains if your going to charge an extra 25.00 a night. Allowing customer to let their kids run rampant up and own halls all night. Would I stay here again NO. would I recommend to others NO

One of the main reasons we picked this hotel was because it had a hot tub. It wasn’t working. So that was a big bummer. The kids had fun in the pool and I enjoyed using the gym.
Breakfast was ok. The scrambled eggs were nasty and they ran out of yogurt. The waffles and sausage were good.

A weekend family getaway. Room smelled like feet when we entered. The bathroom door doesn’t close well. You have to pull the door hard to get it to catch the latch. There was only one wash cloth and one hand towel. One morning there was no hot water so we had to take cold shower. The check in lady was professional and nice but the guy seemed annoyed all the time. Parking was good and location was excellent.
