It was a great place for friends or family. The resort could use some cleaning up a bit, fresh paint, etc. inside the resort was very nice. But the pool was not clean and had so much bleach in the water our skin was burning after getting out.

We had a great stay at this family-oriented resort. We especially enjoyed the pools and lazy river, as well as the breakfast buffet. The beds were very comfortable, and the hotel was clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend for a family getaway!

Nice property but lacking in customer service and communication. Stood at bar by pool and was never acknowledged that I was even there after 10 minutes so I walked away. Food is expensive for subpar food. Valet parking is a joke and there should not be a $30 per night charge; what are you charging for? Its a joke and guests should be given a loaded game card with at least $20 as a nice welcoming courtesy. They ran out of glow sticks 5 minutes after start time of activity so they should plan better so all kids get them. Nice stay but over priced.

My tween thought it was a little meh as she’s use to more to do. Think we are more an indoor water park family. But the staff was all very nice and the food and area was good. May come back without kids and play golf :)

Musty smell upon entering our room. Come to find out through our own investigation we found the AC units for the room was leaking getting the carpet wet by the door. We also found trash and dead bugs on the floor of the room and in the bathroom. We complained to the front. They sent over room service and all they did was spray fabreeze on the floor. They also competed about 200$ off a 478$ night stay. It is kid friendly after the get to the age of 6 and reach a hight of 44 inches. Other than that i would not stay here again after that terrible experience.

The water park was enjoyed by our entire family. What made it even better is there’s great food and drinks readily available so we didn’t have to leave.

Amazing family getaway. The bedding and beds could use a comfort upgrade. Overall we were pleased with our stay and our children enjoyed the waterpark.
