Overall experience was ok. The room was clean and the location was ok. Early check in was allowed for a fee. A crib/playpen for the toddler was an extra $25 fee and there is another $50 deposit for incidentals and according to the receptionist it can take 7-10 days to be refunded to you. The hotel shares a parking lot with a Texas Roadhouse and if you’re staying during the weekend the traffic overflows to the hotel parking spaces and there’s no where to park. The staff was not friendly at all. There were no ice buckets so a plastic bag was provided to us. Our room keys stop working after a day. The internet is slow and it disconnects after a certain time. I’m not sure if I would stay at this particular location again or if I’d recommend it.

I always book at La Quinta everywhere I go. The cleanest hotel by far and they always have the indoor pool which my kids love.

There was poop on the side of the pool and my children couldnt swim and were deeply disappointed 😔 We attempted a staycation and it was ruined.

Breakfast should end at 10:00 am. We drove 5 hours, it was pass 11: 00 p.m. and decide to stay at hotel instead of waking up my daughters family and their barking dogs. We didn’t make breakfast because we were exhausted.

i understood rule but, i arrive hour early at hotel but, we had three bag with 9 years kids but, hotel does not check in before 3pm if so they charge $50 i never hear this in my life even i was in new York last week.

We got a complaint because our kids foot steps were loud. I suggest to put families on the bottom floor.
