Overall Nice and good with family

Very clean and friendly atmosphere. Lots of great things around the hotel to do with family .

The check in was terrible . The receptionist was very slow. There was a line of people to check in and she worked so slowly. When it was my turn, she assigned me a room with one bed only, and I had reserved a family room. She told me that expedía had made the reservation of that room for me. Finally, she was wrong and had to change my room. She is not prepared enough for this position.

One main Reason to choose this Hotel is for good breakfast (For kids). They have the same breakfast 365 days, so for long term customers this Hotel is not a good choice. Room service is only after 3 days (Trash clean-up, Towels, Beds clean etc.,). I think this is the only Hotel that doesn't have water Bottles in the Friz. (I stayed in many Hotels, this is basic courtesy). Room (Including Bath) is spacious and Good.

Front desk clerk was extremely helpful and friendly! We enjoyed everything about our stay. She insured that our whole family was close together. The pool was great!

Was an enjoyable time. Very close to our family, made life easier for them, High School graduation for Hebron.

Management, specifically Scott-was awful. Hard to believe he works in customer service. The day of travel my 7 yr old woke up with a stomach virus vomiting everywhere. I called begging for us to be refunded one day and arrive the next day once he felt better-he said no with no remorse what so ever. Told me if my son vomited on his property he’d charge my credit card a cleaning fee. He was an overall awful careless human being. Upon arrival-our bathroom had 1 set of towels for a family of 4, no linens, and there were long black hairs all In the shower. Also-we arrived late, like 11pm-when we entered our room the heat was ON and set to 83 degrees!!!!!!! (We live in tx so you can imagine how unbearable this was) it took over an hour too cool it down! There are so many hotels in this area-stay anywhere but here!

This was the perfect family hotel. It has all the convenes you need.

Great stay! Hotel has only been open 4 month -so very clean and in great shape. Wonderful front desk service. Room super roomy, clean and comfy! We were only there for a short time (nearby family reunion) but had zero complaints!

We were there for about a week for my infant sons surgery and I couldn’t say enough good about the staff and cleanliness at this hotel! We will def be back!
