Very nice property did a one night stay visiting family from Mich. The front desk lady was very nice i had a small problem with the room i booked but she was so nice and kind switched me with no problem. Will definitely stay again.

Actually it was my out of town family that traveled to Dallas for my daughter’s wedding, they said the hotel was great! Clean, comfortable beds, the free breakfast was amazing! Omar at the front text was so kind and professional, kept checking on them during their stay, highly recommend this hotel, lots of restaurants near by!

The hotel and staff were great! Everything was very nice and clean. We did choose this hotel, however, for the extra space, pull-out bed, and indoor pull for our 2 children to enjoy. We were told on arrival that they were out of pillows and the heater in the pool was broken and the water was very cold, so they were very disappointed.

No hot water. Imagine driving all day and having kids who are dirty and there is no hot water. And the front desk response was sorry we are waiting on the city… the city supplies water. Not hot water

No hot water....... made it difficult to make bottles for my infant and wash my baby. Reps did not tell us when we checked in that their was no hot water- no form of communication until I called down to the front desk myself. Very disappointed. I understand mistakes happen but wish I was informed

It was ok nice hotel the room we was in when you first walked in it smelt like wet carpet and it had me and my son allergies going crazy I don’t complain much cause we was only there for the night, the A.C got real nice and cold, oh and my other complaint was the pool area needs a different type of tile or something myself and my child slipped on it just by walking and that by it self is very dangerous.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The rooms and bathroom are spacious and are plenty big for a family to share! The bed and couch are comfy. The only disappointment is the sofa bed is not comfortable for a full size adult.
