Hampton Inn & Suites Keller Town Center

The front desk workers made this one night stay frustrating. We were there for a middle school show choir competition. The director asked that all the keys be ready (maybe 10-15?) because there was a short turnaround time between arrival, getting ready, and going to the school. This was a Thursday afternoon and as my husband and I waited in the lobby for an hour for our room, there wasn't alot of activity. The bus arrived at 4pm (after the 3pm checkin time) and the director stood at the front desk till 5pm waiting on keys only to get about half of them. Some kids got to go to their room, some (inc. my 11yr old) had to stay on the bus. They had to just get ready at the competition. There was no sense of urgency for workers. My husband and I were in our room for about 10 mins and the same lady w a clipboard that saw us walk into our room, entered our room as I was changing with a muttered sorry when I peered around the corner. The next morning, we witnessed an irrate older man at the front desk during breakfast, mad about a dog in the food area. He said his wife had animal allergies. Not sure about dogs in hotel, though we did see several, it was the older women workers attitudes when he left. When they spoke to the dog owner, they made sure to point out who complained, still not really concerned. We watched them bust up laughing about it and making comments about him and the situation. I was surprised about all the excellent ratings bc we certainly did not experience that.

We were in town for a dive meet, originally across the street but moved about 10 minutes down the street. The hotel was still a great location. There was plenty of dining within walking distance and even a movie theater. Much more was in an easy drive. The area felt super safe. Staff was friendly and super accommodating. We were able to get both an early checkin and late check out. Granted, it was only an hour each way, but still beyond helpful for us. Breakfast was ok. Typical hote breakfast. And even with hundreds of kids around, everything was quiet and respectful. Completely opposite of my experiences when staying at other hotels that have youth groups staying. I credit not only the families, but the staff for controlling it. Often at other hotels when kids are out of control staff is just ignoring bad behavior. Not here

Staff is very friendly and proactive. Unfortunately we faced an issue with the room key that was not fixed as expected. Our luggage was kept alone in our room, unlocked, without any supervision during the whole day and when we came back to the hotel late at night we had to move everything to a new room without any support and we still had to wait for the new room to be defined. I was not expecting it at all. The lady at the front desk apologized and said it was not her fault, but as a team, the processes should be revised to increase the efficiency. Linen are super clean and comfortable, I would recommend the hotel for family or business trips.

We really liked our stay. Most comfortable bed EVER! We were in a handicap mobility accessible room and everything was new and well-maintained. Only two suggestions: 1. Walk through room before checking in a guest (there was a baby gecko in our bathroom which we are used to -having lived in a tropical area- but after several hours discovered he was dead.) 2. Use Clorox bleach on the towels and wash rags (ours were very stained and I read a review from another guest before we booked that mentioned same.) Otherwise, clean, spotless kitchen and dining area, friendly hosts, and a good stay!

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very pleasant. The location was great! My go to when visiting family.

Everyone was very very nice. I just didnt like that there were no drawers in the room and the door for the bathroom did not really close so if you are staying with your family and anyone has to poop we all had to step outside to give them some privacy. I loved loved loved that you had coffee and tea out all the time.

The staff was so friendly and quick to assist. The location is perfect. We enjoyed our stay and will refer to my friends and family.

I loved the hotel. Will definitely be back. My only complaint which is not the hotels fault,Beas the family with little kids that were not quiet and I just wanted to sleep. No control over that at all.

We traveled on short notice due to a family medical emergency. The staff, from front desk to housekeeping, went above and beyond, including making last minute adjustments to our plans. We will be traveling to Keller again soon. For us there is no other option for lodging. Hampton in Keller is like staying with family.

One of the nicest and safest hotels we’ve been in in a long time very much recommended for family.
