Bed bugs.. my kids and we’re bit by these monsters and basically the hotel manager wanted to do nothing about it… very disappointed… had to throw away 300$ worth of luggage… a week later my kids are still scratching… however Hotel.com refunded my stay but the hotel did nothing

Hotel was nice, mostly clean (especially in room! Thank you!), staff was professional and friendly. Our stay was pleasant, and we would stay here again if needed. A little difficult to find at 9 PM at night by Google Maps, but that may have been G.Maps fault or my G.Maps navigator. LOL For cleanliness, there was dried up coffee/ soda spilt in the elevator when we arrived. The breakfast area floor (where the waffles are made, as well as the eating area) definitely needed to be cleaned up by the time we arrived around 8:30 AM. Plus, the trash cans were full. I couldn't throw away my trash properly; I had to balance it on the top of the can. Room was very clean, the A/C worked well, and we had enough clean towels for our family. The beds were mostly comfortable (we have bad backs). However, our bathroom locked automatically which caused issues. Checked in about 9 PM w/ no other guests, about 20 minutes later, other people were given keys to our room. Luckily, they couldn't get in. For breakfast lovers: The continental breakfast had a nice variety of items: make your own waffle with several types of toppings, scrambled eggs, bagels, sausage, cereal, muffins, fruit, juice, and milk. They may have had more, but my family stayed ate waffles, eggs, and sausage. My only problem is that I MUST have protein first, and I can't eat sausage (makes me sick.). I was limited to the eggs for protein, which were just okay. Bacon would have really helped!

We were there to attend a Memorial in Coppell. Kenna Renteria was very welcoming to the point that she granted us a very nice King Suite at no additional cost. The breakfast & coffee was top notch. The severs acknowledged us and said "Hello!" This was the first time we took advantage of the pool. That was so relaxing! Now all that needs improvement is the window panels. Both window panels in Rm. 228, were torn, and the desk chair was VERY uncomfortable to sit on. It's left arm rest was chipped/broken off, which could be a safety hazard? Our daughter & her family live off of Trophy Lake Dr. and when we come to visit them, this is where we will be staying. We love the cost, service, breakfast, and the easy route to her house. Amazing stay!!!! Ricky checked my family in and he was very friendly and gave us many laughs after a 5 hour car ride. The hotel is clean and fresh smelling. The little on-site store is very convenient. Breakfast was delicious!!! Eggs, sausage, muffins, waffles, oatmeal, bagels and more!!!! The cook was very friendly as well, cleaning up and sanitizing every station and table. She was also the one who checked us out as she is in training. Amazing staff!! Can’t rave enough about this hotel!

Our family was there for a horse event. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional. Great place to stay. We will stay again next year.

Tonya was an amazing problem solver. A family member made my resveration and choose the wrong weekend. It was changed but did not show up oh her computer so she took the time to find away to fix the issue and all went well. I noticed she spoke to everyone when they came in on matter if teyh just arrived or had been there for a few days. She was so friendly and has a inviting smile and personality. The person on Sunday (lady) was so sour and not very friendly at all. She said she was under the weather. Had to wait on her for 10 minutes or more to check out....not impressed. Some jus t left thier hotel cards on desk and walked out. Maybe she should have not come in. Tonya was awesome.
