I have stayed at many hotels and this was the worst experience ever. I got there the room was hot and the desk chair was torn and worn out. I went to a funeral viewing and came back and before I left I tried to see if I could get the room cooler by Turing the thermostat down to 60 came back 5 hours later and it felt like a sauna. I went down stairs to the front desk and they fixed it right away but still I had to move my family and a baby. Worst experience ever and like I said I have stayed at all kinds of hotels and motels and this was the worst by far

Hotel was great, comfy, and clean. Location was a bit scary at first but we made it through the night just fine. Pool was heated which the kids loved! Breakfast was good they had alot of options. Only issue i had was with checkin when I arrived the room wasnt ready and they also wanted a $75 pet fee for my yorkie. I had read online it was $50 . The lady did honor the $50 for me and i agreed to wait an extra 30 min for our room to be ready once I showed her where it was posted online. Unfortunately later in the night the guy who came in to work fromt desk called and asked me to come pay again as they had only taken $25 of the $50 needed. I was kind of irritated as i am sure that couldve been done at checkout but i still went and got it done. Overall i would say its a good place to stay and i would again.

When ww checked in Judy qas very helpful. She was pleasant
She made the check-in process nice. The eoom we had was clean and had enough towels for my family.
Our room also had bottle in the shower labeled Shower Gel, Shampoo, Conditioner and Lotion.

Overall it was fine. Room was clean and comfortable. Customer service was hit n miss. The staff can be a bit rude and they do not care much. I have two complaints: the in room coffee maker and room placements. The coffe maker was outdated and someone put coffee grounds in water reservoir. When I asked for a new one, the person at the desk said no and told me to rinse it out (I tried but could not get all the grounds out). Also, we travel with a 6lb dog; she is well trained but dogs will be dogs sometimes. Anyways, they put a family with an infant, toddler and young child in the room next to us even though the hotel was basically empty. Really people use common sense...children are noisy and have every right to be but a dog is going to bark at unfamiliar noises. This was unfair and unnecessary for us and the family next door.

I would not go back to this hotel . The door to my room would get stuck. There was a lot of dusk everywhere on the furniture. The towels cubby’s were dusty. The shower had hairs stuck on the walls. One of the beds flat sheets were stained. I will never go back to this hotel . My kids were very uncomfortable with the stay here .

The property was fine, the staff was Excellent, the Cleaning was Excellent, I had an complaint about the noise coming from the room next door or on the floor above us, they was very loud, door kelp opening and closing, and the kids keep beating on something in the room. But overall it was okay. The Shower ceiling has some bad spots on the ceiling that need to be painted over, and a bad patched up spot behind the bathroom door that need to be repaired better.I was in room 316. If you get those things fixed you will be okay.

Convenient location at I-35. However the area around the hotel is less than desirable and not updated. Check-in time was lengthy - took a total of 15 minutes + 5 minutes in line. The lady who checked us in was loud and not courteous at all. The room was very small although the bathroom was a nice size and modern. Very tight fit for a family of four. The pullout sofa was squeaky, mattress was worn and caused the kids to fight about rolling to the middle. No pillows available as the hotel was sold out. When I called about pillows on our last night, the gentleman who answered the phone was very rude and said "I haven't seen any pillows" and hung up. Our bed sheets had hair from the previous occupants. Very troubling since we don't know if the sheets weren't washed or another explanation. The king bed mattress was very hard and we left in terrible pain. We weren't made aware that we could choose our room location. Staff placed us in the room facing the street and the train line. Train ran every hour during the night - so no sleep. The hotel offers bottled water at the front desk. When we asked for water the response was "sorry we're out". We also paid the premium rate for this sub par hotel experience. Very disappointing and we won't return to this location.
