Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas/Richardson

Great hotel in a quiet business district. Traffic not a factor and convenient for my family reunion in Richardson Texas.

The breakfast was great! Staff were nice. I had my grandkids with us though and we were very disappointed that there was only one tray of cookies. We HEB we got there they were all gone and never refilled.

It is very convenient. My daughter lives in Richardson. So the hotel is 5 minutes away. It's the 4th time me and my family have stayed there. The draw back is the breakfast have gotten worse. And that there is way to much noise. Late at night.

We were in town for a conference a couple miles to the north but the hotel area was a bit sketchy there, so we opted for the Hampton Inn at Richardson. Mostly apartments in that area, very clean and well-kept spot. Room was ideal and breakfast was filling for the whole family (We ate at 6:15 am and went to our conference, the rest of the family went back for breakfast seconds before they closed the little cafeteria at 10). While we were out, the rest of the family enjoyed the workout room and felt safe enough in the area to take a walk in a large open park/grassy area next door. If we return to the event next year, we'll definitely be staying again at this Hampton location!

My family and I had booked a trip over a month ago to Dallas. I boat two rooms for three nights. That weekend ended up being the coldest in January, with icy conditions. We decided only to stay one night, and didn’t even use a second room. We bought nonrefundable rooms. hotels.com, and Hampton were gracious enough to give us a refund for what we did not use, regardless of the nonrefundable purchase I am beyond grateful for this, because they did not have to do that. I definitely recommend getting the flexible option, but I’m very appreciative of this gesture. Bad weather or not, they came through for my family and I. Not booking anywhere else again!

We had stayed T the hotel two weeks earlier and came back with several friends and families for a funeral. It was a perfect place for us to gather and visit after the funeral. The staff was amazingly accommodating to our large group

In all my stays in Texas. This by far, was the best hotel ( build and personal ). That I and my family. Had ever stayed in.

We got in pretty late. The key didn't work on the room door. Went to the desk and got another room. This room smelled like wet dog. We tried to stay in the room but couldn't stand it by the morning. Moved to another room on day 2. Within minutes of getting into the room, another family entered with their key. Guess they were checked into the room minutes after we were. Staff was pleasant but someone should have smelled that room and not rented it out. 215 is the number in case it still hasn't been aired out.

It was great! Got to spend quality time with my grandkids and they love this Hampton Inn!! Will be where I stay every time!!

We came to the area to watch our 13 year old grandson play baseball. It is always a good time with the family.
