Overall like the place but hotel should provide room service atleast alternate days. I stayed with my toddler for three nights and was told up front that room service will not be provided so I had to clean trash on my own and take dirty towels to front office to get it exchanged. Breakfast was good, property was well maintained and room was neat.

I booked this hotel (because of its positive reviews) for my mother who is receiving cancer radiation treatment in the nearby area. On her last night, she walked into her room with the bed looking like this- sheets were taken off and pillows in disarray. I thought housekeeping is suppose to clean the room and leave it in pristine condition? English is not my mother’s first language and with the recent hate crimes against AAPI, my mom felt especially hyper ware of the disrespectful staff here. She went to the front desk and complained to a male agent showing him the pictures. He asked her if she had left the bed like that, which she definitely did not. He then repeatedly asked her what was her problem. Although English is not my mother’s first language, she has issues with speaking but she does understand. The male agent made a phone call to what she assumed was a manager and she heard over the speakerphone the person ask what race she was- if she was white, Asian, etc. My mother demanded the housekeeper to replace the sheets and fix the bed but was then told that housekeeping was not there. The male agent then proceeded to offer no apologies and told her that there was nothing he could do and he gave her some linens and a pillow sham and told her to sleep on those for the night. Are you kidding me?! My mom had to practically demand an apology or at least some show of concern and she was offered a cold drink from the vending machine. Absolutely pathetic. Stay elsewhere!!’
