Never judge a book by its cover!!!! It looked clean but it was not. We checking in and the guest representative called housekeeping to confirm our room was clean and it wasn’t…. We was in the room for 19 mins and my son picked up a bottle and thought it was my lotion… it’s was KY Jelly Lubricant and then I started to examine the bed and it was stains. They changed the room however I had to explain to my kid what he picked up and I couldn’t get the nasty vision out of my head. That really made me uncomfortable and ruin our stay.

The hotel is clean but Room 205 has missing seal in shower, so when you take shower, the floor will be wet. We put a towel on the floor and it’s soaking wet. The little fridge makes noise. The window is so thin that we can hear freeway traffic all night. We prepay our family for breakfast and the supervisor claims that we only pay for 1 and argue over it. And she was very rude. Fortunately the previous day night clerk gave me a card with the number of breakfast included. She asked to see the card but conveniently disappeared when I returned, for over 30 min. The staff was more helpful. Breakfast prep was slow (lot of people waiting for a single person in kitchen) and got my order wrong (I was in a rush to leave). The pool is tiny. Not sure if I would return again.
