Holiday Inn Express & Suites Marshall, an IHG Hotel

Was there for family reunion. And had a great time.

When checking in, THe customer service was good! We tried a new hotel due to the low-fare rates and was unsure once we got there. But to my surprise, the hotel is amazing! Dede in the kitxhen in the morning had a smile and willingness to do whatever. I loved her hard work to make the eatinig experience a great one. The food is amazing!!!! Hot and fresh due to Dede's work. The customer service from the hose keeping time is above and beyond. I loved that the said Good Morning and can I assist you with anything! 5 stars from our family. The only negative thing I have to say about this hotel, is that the water was somewhat cold than what I'm used to and we had an issues with closing the shower door.

Found that housekeeping was not good found a vape in our room and thought that that would be dangerous for a child to find and room was substandard for being clean. Housekeeping was knocking on our door very early and i was very upset as i really needed rest from such a long trip. We did have our do not disturb out but were still being bothered at 7 am. We just got checked in at 1 am so rest was needed
