This was not our best stay. We stay here often when we visit family. We won't choose this hotel again. The beds in 212 are awful and part of the curtains are gone. We have stayed in this room before and had the issue with the curtains but the beds were find. The mattresses are literally busted down in the middle. Our phone also didn't work. I walked down to ask to change rooms and was told there weren't any other rooms available. 212 is a handicapped room and we needed a roll away. The attendant told me there wasn't another room available. After looking online, we saw that there were 4 handicapped room available. My spouse went down to the front desk and let them know so we ended up being moved to a different room. I have 3 special needs children I had to load back up at bedtime and move rooms with which was very frustrating!

This hotel is conveniently located and was ideal for our family. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, the room was big enough for all of us, the indoor pool was great, and the breakfast was perfectly adequate.

The hotel was what we expected for Hampton Inn with clean but basic room and decor. Breakfast was ok and changed through out the stay with egg dish and meat and waffle maker and some fruit and pastry and cereal. Coffee was a bit weak. Kids loved the pool and it was clean. Not very big but fun for them, would be hard to do laps with kids there. The most annoying thing was entering the hotel parking lot which is by the Dennys. Depending on direction it is very hard to figure out at first and has a wierd light. Would stay again if visiting our family in area.

Front desk representatives were great and very welcoming. I experienced some drunk people knocking on my door by accident at 2am and as a precaution, the front desk representative came to my floor and made sure things were ok. Even called to followed up with me about what he did to ensure my family’s safety. Very clean and well kept hotel. WOULD RECOMMEND!

This is our 2nd time staying at this location and we just love it! Both times we have traveled with our children 1&7 and we always get the king bed suite with sofa bed and its all we could ask for. the rooms are nice and clean and on the modern side. We really enjoy having a spacious room and frig and microwave to store and warm up things for our toddler. Check in was easy and the front desk lady was super nice and helpful! Also the breakfast was very good and really appricate the high chairs for our toddler. We will most def stay here a 3rd time when we visit this area.

This property was very quiet with easy check in and access to parking. I appreciated that parking was behind a closed gate as it made it feel safe. The room was spacious and clean. The shower, beds, and AC were great. The breakfast was a bonus for our family of 5. The options spanned from waffles, omelets, sausage, and hash browns as well as the staples like muffins and cereal. I would recommend this property for your stay in Houston.

Our family came from several states to bid farewell to our Queen B. The hotel’s location to our needs, helpfulness of the staff, cleanliness and quietness of the rooms, quality of the breakfast were all fantastic. Will definitely stay here again.
