I booked 8 rooms prior to our family cruise. The hotel was amazing clean and the staff were helpful. I will definitely be using this loacation on future vacatio s.

Check in was easy. There were six of us in one room & we got FOUR towels & TWO washcloths, went to front desk to ask for more & had to bring some dirty towels down to get enough for all of us to bathe. The next morning I let the front desk know we didn't need housekeeping to come by, but for them to change our towels out. Housekeeping didn't come by at all. So again, we had to bring our dirty towels down to get clean ones. Breakfast was good, just not enough room. There was constantly a line for food, the kids didn't get to make waffles the second day because of the line. Swimming pool area was nice, chlorine was VERY strong.

We booked the hotel for the summer to go swimming and couldn’t really use the pool due to the temperature in the pool as well as the room the pool being extremely cold. It felt like it was about 40 degrees in there. The kids couldn’t stay in more than 5 minutes due to the weather.

Let's just say I'll never stay there again. Even though the properties key card access only..someone still managed to come on to the property and steal the catalytic converter off my husband's truck there in broad daylight...and I have yet to be contacted by the general manager 2 days later to discuss the mishap...I feel as if la quinta does not care that this happened to my family...the place itself was nice but thos was the worst experience ever

I loved the room it was definitely a place for a group of family. They kept it nice and clean and just overall great experience. The breakfast was great too. The only down fall was the pool. It was not appealing to go into not very clean and it was and indoor pool so you would expect it to be warm in there so it would be comfortable while swimming, but it was not it was cool and the pool was colder. Overall not a fan of the pool.

It was super clean!! Loved that. Having staff serve your breakfast is not necessary at all. We need to move on from covid or we will never get over it. Pool could have used some lights but all in all it was nice and clean. The kids loved it. Maybe a bit more color would help. The staff behind the counter could have been a bit friendlier but the rest of the staff was great. All in all great place and I wasn't harassed about a mask so we will love to visit again. Hopefully next time we can serve our own food. Thanks
