Service was Very poor… room was not cleaned even… Broke glass and nobody was able to come and help clean up. I was asked to come to the front desk get the broom and the mop myself to do the cleanup and I was staying with two little kids… Not expected from a brand name like Hilton.

My room was given away when I got there I was offered a king bed with all the kids I submitted and stated I had . I was very unhappy with that. And I had to find a new location miles away from where I needed to be. Vacation ruined!

It was a really comfortable stay ! They were vey helpful and accommodating for our family. We only had one problem with the key's not unlocking the door's. .
