Best Western Plus Houston Energy Corridor

The rooms were very clean. Room set up was great. Indoor pool area clean and very relaxing. Reception ladies very cordial and kind. Lobby and dining area were clean. Food area very clean and food was good. Very clean and pretty hotel! Only one lady taking care of dining area was very rude. She kept rushing customers and telling them how many minutes they had left. My husband greeted her “Good Morning” and her response was, “You only have 20 minutes left for breakfast”. She literally closed the door when I was about to enter the dining area. I still had 7 minutes and my family had already served me a plate of waffles. I opened the door and she gave me the ugliest stare. She was making remarks under her breath for only her coworker could hear. I know it was in Spanish because I speak Spanish. I did not get her name but she was the only curvy lady with a ponytail. I know there is a time for breakfast but she didn’t have to be rude nor snappy with guests. Blessings to everyone that works there!

By far one of the nicest hotel I’ve stayed at. First time traveling to Texas with family & I loved our time there. My son had a blast in the pool! Would definitely recommend & come back

The property looked and felt tired. Front desk people are polite after realizing most people in Houston are rude, confrontational and lazy (in general). “Gated” parking is useless because the exit is permanently accessible and has NO gate (looks broke for many years). Area of Addicks and surrounding the hotel are poor and sketchy. Free Breakfast is mediocre and the same repeat everyday for 5days we were here. Sausage was just cut different ways (one day it was cut half, the next it was in very small minced pieces, etc) to give the illusion that it was different daily hahahah. Would I come again? Yes IF it was only overnight alone but NO if I was staying longer with my family. Btw, we unintentionally went to the other BW Premier about 7mins further down 10days and that was newer, clean, fresh and surrounded by a variety of restaurants around the hotels. I would book there next time.

We choose Best Western because we love the fact that it's been a family business from the start and not run by a big corporation that doesn't support family values!!! Thank you Best Western for hanging in there! We had a great stay, breakfast was very good, even the coffee was strong enough...not weak like most hotel coffee. We were a little surprised about the small rooms, especially bathroom...but for the price and one night's stay, we are not complaining! 5 Stars!

A dirty and neglected place, not recommended, but much less for families with children.

The stay was supposed to be an overnight getaway for my family and myself. Nothing like being excited to enjoy the indoor pool when once you get there, there are two adults have sex, IN THE POOL. How do you explain that to a 4 year old? The hotel was very outdated and the elevators need to be reinspected. Very disappointed and will definitely not be back.

This is my family's first choice when vacationing in Houston!
