The room had terrible mold smell. The wall locker had mold all over inside and the doors. The table eas about to fall down. No remote for Tv . Little fridge was not working . Staff was trying to give us diffrent room but no thank you .They first only wanted to give us refund for 1 night we had booked for to with dog and a child but after talking for a bit the agreed to refund us for both nights .

The entire hotel smelled clean and fresh. My family and I had a very comfortable stay. My daughters enjoyed the pool, my husband and I were able to walk to a concert we were attending next door. The staff was friendly and helpful. Don’t depend on the complimentary breakfast there isn’t much to choose from. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

The attitude of the receptionists was not appropriate, not customer service oriented. Besides that the address published for this hotel was wrong, it is not near downtown of shopping mails, my family and I wasted about 1 hour trying to find the hotel, since the address was wrong the GPS did not work correctly. The hotel is near the border, therefore far from shopping malls and the neighbourhood looks lonely. Breakfast of poor quality. I will not stay in this hotel again.

It was an awesome weekend we had very clean hotel and very clean rooms. Straight view to pool for when kids where in there. A bit isolated from a lot of things but nothing u can't work around with, will totally stay here again.

I booked 2 rooms for memorial weekend we slept pretty good very quiet and comfortable. Completely worth the money kids and adults were fully satisfied it was a bit isolated from everything but still worth it. WILL DEFINITELY BOOK HERE AGAIN.
