There are two buildings, we ended up staying in second building, there was limited hot water and the switch to at the bottom to change water flow to shower head was worn out so the stream was very weak, the hot tubs werent working and the outside one is all cracked with rust all around and at the bottom some cover was loose, the small fridges werent working so they only had the beer hot, there was alot of horseplaying by adults in the pool and no employee took the time to let them know, that it was unsafe especially because pool was not deep and there were alot of children, adults were drinking inside the pool

This was a family trip, I arrived late at night so we just slept. My reservation was a suite, it was very dirty, with bugs not to mention no extra covers for the sleeper sofa or not even extra towels. We are a family of six and two towels did not cut it. So I went to purchase towels. I let the manager know bright and early the next day how horrible my service was. Not to mention the employee who helped was very rude, if your overwhelmed this is not a place for you to work at. Manager informed me that should would make it right next time I visit, I’m not certain if that will be the case.

Set up a time to have a shuttle to airport....when it came time they had no driver...had to scramble to find a taxi and almost missed my flight..(family of four with two small children)

First of all it took forever to get checked in. There was three people there and they all seem very incompetent had no clue what they were doing so took over an hour to get checked in that was so frustrating second of all there were so many people at the swimming pool These people were inviting locals to come and hang out at the pool. Why didn’t the hotel staff go and check to see who was checked in and who was actually part of the hotel instead of just allowing all kinds of families to come and swim while the people that paid couldn’t even find the seat that is totally unacceptable .

In town for a family get together . We enjoyed our time here . My kids absolutely love the pool, the room was clean and spacious. We definitely will stay here again. Customer service was on point we appreciate the assistance.

The overall property is in average condition considering it is older. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was pretty good as hotel food goes. The indoor / outdoor pool area is pretty good and nice to have a place out of the sun for the kids to play. Exercise room was pretty good to. Added bonus was the free washers and dryers for laundry if staying more than a day or two and you need to do clothes. Overall, it's a solid 3-star hotel in a descent location with the mall directly across the street and descent food options both fast and sit down close by.

The front desk people were very friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast wasn’t great but ok. Presidential suite was very roomy for our family size. Parking really needs to be addressed. Shuttle service was awesome and so was Jesus the driver. Made us feel very safe. Would book again

Staff very friendly. The rooms were very clean when we checked in. The location practiced the best safety measures during our stay. My kiddos enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool. The hot tub wasn't working; however my kiddos loved the stay here. Also, free breakfast was also awesome! Will definitely be staying here next time we visit the area.
