On Saturday night I had to get my kids, half dressed , and half awake out of bed and take them to a hotel due to a major plumbing issue in the house leaving no water and no bathrooms! I was beyond frustrated, mad and upset. Then I got to the hotel, your clerk was AMAZING !! She was so kind, took a look at myself and my crazy kids, one running around with no shoes and she knew it just was one of those nights! She quickly got us a room that fit out needs and just had the nicest and kindest attitude which was so needed at that moment! Thank you so much and I will make sure to send all my friends and family that stay to this establishment

We stayed here because of close proximity to family. The kids can have fun in the pool also. This property is close to just about anything that you may need.

I don’t have a lot of money to spend and I saved for this trip and specifically picked this hotel at this time of year for the indoor pool. I have three small children 3,4 and 5. They looked forward to the trip to go swimming only to come here and the pool is out of order and has been for sometime and is not going to be fixed anytime in the near future. I could have stayed at a less expensive property and had more money for the children to do other things. This by far was one of the most disappointing trips. I was offered the pool at the sister hotel next door which was outdoor and 53 degrees outside. That was ridiculous to offer with the temperature being so low for 3 small The website should be update to reflect vital information such as this.
