We always stay at embassy suites when visiting the Dallas are , we usually stay at the one in grapevine for the past 10 years and we decided to stay in Frisco considering our activities were going to be in the are very disappointed first off parking is horrible my truck didn’t fit in the garage area so had to park far from entrance with 3 little kids on top of having to pay $18 a day that we don’t have to pay at the other property, another thing we get into our room did not smell good at all the pillows and sheets had a horrible smell as if they weren’t even washed we requested them to be changed and they said they were out that they are ere all dirty , when my daughter went to get out of the shower she grabbed a towel that had blood on it all this was brought to the attention of the front services and was not acknowledged about it as if it was not a big deal experience with hotel was horrible will not be staying at this property location again

There were cockroaches in the bed in the closets in the living room. The room smell like the toilet had backed up and they just vacuum the water out. I wish I could attach pictures you would not believe it. None of my family will ever stay in another Embassy Suites ever

My family of 5 had a wonderful stay at the Embassy Suites in Frisco. It was very convenient to the tollways we needed to take while in town for the eclipse. What we were very impressed by was the service and the things included with our stay. The breakfast was absolutely amazing! I’ve never had such a great breakfast buffet at a hotel in a category like this. I was expecting cold eggs and muffins and the usual continental offerings. They exceeded expectations for sure with delicious made to order omelettes and giant Texas shaped waffles — my kids LOVED that. Another awesome addition to our stay was the daily happy hour from 5-630pm. Two free well cocktails every night of our stay and soft drinks/juices for the kids as well as some great snacks/eats. They had chicken strips, pretzel/cracker mix and other things to munch on. All of this really made our stay worthwhile and we would definitely be back when we are in the area.

Everything for the most part was good. Our only issue was the breakfast this morning. Had to wait in a like for 30 minutes to get hot breakfast. They only had one cook and when we got up there they were out of waffle mix so my kids were very upset. I just felt they could have managed the like. Little better knowing it is spring break week and knowing what was booked in the hotel. I can say the Cook was amazing and doing as fast and the best he possibly could and when we spoke with management they were very sorry about the waffles and had a backup plan to put out for waffles.

When checking in, the staff member spoke to me alone, did not tell me the room number, and did not tell me any general information. So we changed rooms. When I entered the new room, there was a strange smell. I found out later that it was a room given to pet guests. There was no basic water in the room. There was no changing room at the pool. There were no towels, so I went back to the front desk. There were only two beach tables in the pool, and they all had chairs, so the kids were swimming and the parents weren't, so we had to wait. I called because I needed a wine opener in my room, and they said it could only be used at the front desk. In other words, room service was also very inconvenient. There was no table service for breakfast. Overall, I received service that was hard to believe that it was a Hilton hotel chain.

Our family has stayed here many years for the Thanksgiving holiday. We have many fond memories of our time here. Last year, the room had a leak from the bar sink and rapidly developed a musty smell, but otherwise no other issues. This year we had so many issues we changed rooms 3 times and ended up leaving a day early due to the following reasons. 1. Three of the rooms smelled so musty it could cause health issues. 2. All of the rooms had to have the air conditioner serviced to function at all, and then the thermostat was non- functional. It was either blowing only ice cold air, or had to be manually turned off. Not fun cycling manually all night. 3. Two of the rooms were subject to so much mechanical noise from the elevators (knocking and clanking) they we were up most of the night. As stated above we left a day early due to dreading one more sleepless night. I must credit the management for attempting to resolve the issues in a courteous manner, however it appears no acceptable rooms were vacant. Surely we are not the only ones experiencing theses issues recently. The will be our last stay unfortunately.

I arrived pretty early and was to wait in the lobby as my room was getting ready. The tub was rusted and the linen completely dirty! Stained sheets and pillow cases. To make matters worse the hotel turned the water off for about 5 hours on my last day. The staff was wonderful and breakfast was very pleasant but ends at 9am. The hotel is in a very convenient location in terms of shopping and fun for the kids.

Everything about this property was excellent. It was a very nice area, there were many dining options nearby, the pool was very nice for our children, the rooms were spacious and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful with questions, so we really enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint would be the daily charge for parking, otherwise we had a wonderful stay!

My paid reservation was not in their system but after an hour of trying to reach hotels he honored it and gave me a room. The shower pressure was nonexistent as was the hot water, the heater was stuck on high so I had to keep patio door open and the pool heater wasn’t set right so it was freezing. I stayed there to take my grand baby swimming.
