Homewood Suites by Hilton Dallas-Frisco

Pros: 1. The location is just excellent. 2. Housekeeping staffs are excellent and super helpful and responsible. 3. Lot of good restaurants, easy access to major highways, and indoor malls. 4. Hope park for kids in less than 10 minutes. Cons: 1. Cleaning service is available every 5 days. 2. Needs to keep bigger trash cans in the floors as they do not have regular housekeeping. 3. Breakfast is just boring if you stay more than 2 days. It’s ok but given how much they charge they can add a little bit variety. 4. The pool is just too small and not really ok for toddlers or younger kids. Home2suites in the same area has an amazing pool for the kids. 5. The oldest receptionist needs to work on her tone. She is condescending; did not want to tell her anything but it was the most rude and disrespectful behavior I ever encountered in this country from the service industry. For a much much lower price, there are better hotels in the area especially if you are traveling with kids.

It was very nice family friendly place to stay

Great simple stay with family. Complimentary breakfast was decent. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Having the kitchen and extra space in the room worked out great for our family of 4.
