Indoor swimming pool was a blast for the family breakfast was amazing even had bacon

The hotel was right off the highway, no cute views and a lot of people hang out in the parking lot at night but other than that the place was great. The kids loved the pool and the room was clean. The shower head however was the worse experience. You have to put your head out the shower to get water (it was silly), unless this was just our room?

Alyssa attended us with a friendly smile. Gave us all the necessary details. Very comfortable room for our family of 5. Breakfast was wonderful and stocked quickly so that no one had to wait.

Staff was awesome! Rooms were clean and spacious. The kids loved the pool.

Michelle was a big help when we checked in. After that the service was awful. Fire alarm in the middle of the night and told to wait until the desk person wasn't busy to get it turned off. Took over an hour. Remote for TV didn't work but no batteries could be found all weekend. They did allow my family to gather in the breakfast area to visit which was great. The hallways smelled like weed. The breakfast was good and fresh.

There are a number of hotels in the area, and I think you would be best served to pick any other than this one. The pool is broken. The front desk lady was fine, but the guy in the evening was rude. The beeping fire detector woke the entire family up at 4 am and had to be disconnected. The police incident and operations in the parking lot put us on edge, not to mention the bloody napkin lying near the elevator. The cable was out for an entire afternoon/night. We were distracted by our purpose in the area, but this place is not cared for and the customer service sucked.

I wish we would have been given notice of the pool being closed during our trip before checking in. We stay at a hotel with a pool because of our kids and they were pretty disappointed. Also, the beds are quite uncomfortable. For the positive- all of the staff was wonderful and the breakfast was good!

Brought the kids on a mini spring break getaway ! Hotel was close to all the attractions we booked which was definitely a plus ! Hotel check in process was very easy and smooth , front desk clerk was very friendly and informative . Breakfast was the usual continental breakfast , but I did love the fact that they offered a strawberry waffle mix ! That was definitely a plus . The breakfast staff was very proactive in keeping everything clean although it was very busy. The pool was a tad bit cold , but the hot tub was superb and the cleanliness of the pool area was great . The only small issue we had was the cleanliness of the room . There was some dried up food on the sleeper sofa , and the bathroom had hair all over the floor. Very easy fixes though . Aside from that, the hotel was still a solid 4/5!

It’s an older property. One elevator was broke and the other sounded like it was about to break. Room was clean but dingy and older definitely time for an update. Lobby was filled with unsupervised kids. I noticed there was a huge soccer field behind hotel and realized all the kids staying at hotel were probably from the tournament going on back there.

Its a decent value hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast had plenty options hot and cold. Loved that there was always fresh lemon water in the lobby. And a small convenience area with snacks, drinks & meds if you needed something in a pinch. The pool area is a decent size. I had a double bed room that also had a sleeper sofa, so rooms are great for traveling with family and they have washers and dryers on most floors. This hotel is in area near the soccer stadium so there are food options near to walk or have delivered. Housekeeping came every day. Hotel was quiet and comfortable.
