We have stayed at this property several times and this time we left disappointed. We stayed 5 nights and requested housekeeping service. We returned to the room each day to find the room had not been cleaned. Front desk responded by saying well you were on the schedule. Pool was ice cold. I tried to get in but couldn’t and watched several families come down only to leave with disappointed kids. We return several times a year because of Family in the area. We will need to try something new.

Front desk check in man, was not friendly at all. He gave us very demeaning looks. Like we didnt belong there. Two of us were retired teachers. Two of our young grandchildren and a 38 yr old mom.

Our family stayed here for a volleyball tournament in Frisco. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff even worked hard to have breakfast ready a few minutes prior to scheduled start time because our girls had to get to the tournament venue early and would have missed breakfast. Will definitely stay here again.
