The only negative things I can say is the pool was green, my kids really liked forward to swimming. But besides that, beds were soooo comfortable, I didn't y like a baby! Definitely will be coming back

This facility is everything your family will desire. Their wonderful staff & amenities will have you rating & reviewing them as well. Whitney welcomed us upon our arrival, Eddie reassured us as a family that our needs are understood & is extremely knowledgeable. Miss Kim & the other staff we encountered at breakfast or during housekeeping services are more than confirming. They'll all have you feeling like family. Fully locked & key entry only is phenomenal & the camera all over assured my family & I of our safety.

Front desk clerk not friendly when I checked in. Requested a quiet room because I was in town for a funeral and got placed next to a family with children and heard noises most of day and some of the night.

This is a very nice hotel. Our only complaint was that the lamps needed to be dusted. And the chair and woodwork on the partition looked like something had been spilled on it and not cleaned as it should have been. This creates a problem for us in particular as my husband has had a recent kidney transplant and cleanliness is very important.

First morning we are there at about 7:30 am my family of 4 start to take showers one after the other. None of us had hot water. Tepid at best. I commented to the front desk about this when we left that morning and asked if it could be fixed. The answer that I got was a stunner. “Yes, many people in the hotel take a shower at that hour and there is not enough hot water. It happens. Nothing we can do. Sorry.” Hello — correct, many people take a shower at 7:30 on a Saturday. You would think a hotel would be able to accommodate this. Never again will we stay at this hotel. Warm water for a shower is a basic thing for a hotel to provide.

We went to Fort Worth for a vacation, and since we are on a budget, we chose this hotel for its value, compared to other comparable places. We were very pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the front office, especially Elena and Mary. Elena suggested other things to do in Fort Worth and Mary gave directions to the local Walmart. They always have a smile for their guests. Comfort Inn and Suites also had free breakfast, and the cleanest waffle station I've seen (and I've seen a lot of DIY waffle stations). We definitely recommend this hotel to families looking for great value and will go back here when we are in Fort Worth.
