We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean. The staff was amazing. The beds were comfy & the pool was clean & refreshing. I felt very safe in the neighborhood and everything i needed was nearby. It is near a highway and airfield, so there was a little nearby noise (but theres nothing you can do above that) Its definitely family friendly. Ohhhh and breakfast was great. My little loves enjoyed making their own TEXAS waffle.

Rooms are modern but hotel seems understaffed, only junior receptionist in charge, and the service and cleanliness was terrible. At 8am there were dirty towels all over the pool area, no clean towels in pool or gym area, faeces all over gym toilet, lord knows when the pool and spa water was last tested or treated. Staff seemed either stressed or disinterested, breakfast was hit and miss with one woman saying no to every request for plates, oatmeal, etc. Our room still had not been made up by 12 30pm and when my call was eventually answered I got no apology, just told they had 50 rooms to do.. will never stay with this chain again.

The staff were very friendly and the pool area was clean and stocked with extra towels, it was perfect for my family and I. We will be back this summer and plan on booking here again.

It was a great location and everyone was friendly except one evening attendant. Had issues with coffee, fridge, no shampoo, had to ask for service in the room and that was adequate. I stayed here as it had a pool indoors for my grandson, but it was disgusting. He was pretty let down as this is always a family tradition to play at the pool. I was told after the fact that we could use the next door pool, but the weather was below 25 degrees and that was just not going to work for us. Laundry room also did not work. I was pretty let down other than the awesome daytime service I received from the desk.

Having the issue with the keyless locks ans having to wait outside your room 20 mins for staff to open it was not convenient for us. No amenities like breakfast which is what family look for. We asked for some towels and they said they will bring them to our room and we never got them.

I stayed in a King Suite on the first floor 7/1/23. Room was clean. But i had several unwanted guest/pest 'Jimmy' cricket... 😆 plural Killed 2 couldn't find the rest of the family between 2 '4am. Contacted the service desk (which did offer another room) but when I stepped out into the hallway..I was greeted by several more crickets... so I turned down the next room. Just giving ya'll the heads up.. if a good full nights rest or sleep is important to you & your family.

Had some construction. Indoor pool which was main reason for using hotel was too cold for kids to swim. The bathrooms were disgusting in the pool area. Was woken up at 4 am to screaming across hall away. There was some argument I assume about noise. A gun was pulled and cops called. All while my 3 kids slept across the hall.

Very easy to check in; friendly front desk staff; the room was neat, clean, and ready upon arrival; breakfast was always hot, fresh, and well kept; the parking was accessible and well lit; various food places to eat are all close by; I would definitely recommend for any family

At check in was not given correct room for family. We had to go back to desk and attendant asked to show my reservation. We checked in on Thursday and check out on Sunday and room trash can never emptied. I had to go to desk to ask for a bigger trash bag and left at door. We did sleep in one day and left room around noon. I asked desk just to empty trash cans no other room service needed but it was never done. Breakfast was good and maintained.
