The hotel did not have a pleasant smell, the room was adequate until we unfolded the sofa bed and found the mattress falling apart, exposing the springs, and no extra sheets were stored in the closet. The window was missing one side of the sheer curtains. The bed was probably comfortable for some, but not our family. We slept poorly.

I loved the one bedroom suite got stay in one room with my family.

The hotel alone wasnt bad, the room arrangement is bad in that you could not sit on the couch and see te tv, or anywhere else other than the bed, kids up all night yelling screaming stomping hitting walls, running p and down the halls all night into the morning. Not a sleep conducive enviroment.

We stay here every time we’re visiting. And while it may not be the fanciest hotel, it’s been consistent and overall good experience each time. The front staff is very nice. They have a great variety for breakfast and serve for 3 hours every morning. The staff keeps the food coming and tables clean even when the crowd gets heavy. Cleaning staff replenished our towels and made our beds daily, and never left our trash overflowing. The kids loved the pool, even though it would be better if it was a little warmer but hey, they didn’t care! They also have a hot tub available and the base of it is rough but otherwise very nice. I also love that the pool is rarely busy here so we almost always get the place to ourselves and have been allowed bring some of our family over to swim. Coffee is available 24/7 too. I would say some of the amenities (like the pool house, the elevator, more parking) need updating but I they seem to be making improvements regularly. I would highly recommend it here.

The beds are super comfortable. Slept like a baby. Staff is super nice and friendly.

It was a good stay! Everything was clean and adequate. The pull-out couch was a little rough on my kids. Should have just got the two bed option. Aside from that, it was great!

There was something seriously off about the chemical balance in the pool and hot tub. My family and I could hardly stand to be in the water without our eyes tearing up. We immediately showered off. There was also a very noisy bunch in the room next door however, when we addressed this with the staff at the front desk, they took care of the issue right away. That was a pleasant surprise, because quiet time hours hadn’t started yet. The staff was quite nice.

I enjoyed my stay. The lady that checked me in and the lady who ran the breakfast bar were both kind and accommodating! I felt that me and my two grandchildren were safe and the room was clean and comfortable. My grandkids loved the indoor swimming pool and I enjoyed the jacuzzi!

Hotels.com should be ashamed to have this hotel on their website . This place was a disgusting mess in bad shape the stairs had tac strips that me and you daughter stepped on . Bugs . Dirty dirty dirty! Terrible customer service. Everything broken carpets burned and filthy. Window seals dirty and full of dead bugs. Lights didn't work tile loose grout missing sink drains clogged no trash bags or tissue/ tp wifi was trash hall floors dirty and littered flooring in kitchen falling apart key cards kept failing and had to keep going back and forth to the front desk. Wires hanging out where. The whole hotel smelled bad like mold and smoke the staff just ignores you and your concerns I should have read the reviews prior to booking . I contacted Hotels.com and they did absolutely nothing for me and my family they emailed me back to say the hotel would try to fix and that was just another lie.... Thanks for a horrible stay and again hotels.com you should be ashamed with your false advertising of locations 😡 p.s I would have added many more pictures but they are limiting me to only upload 8
