La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Ennis

First off, I know I purchased the suite with 2 standard beds with a sofa bed. Didnt get what I actually purchased, and was told they sold out when I bought out right that room. Then the late night front desk person was not accommodating...had my 2 kids downstairs to get us food at the little store inside and they were told they were not the paying customer and didn't let them buy food. Had to get out of bed from my shower, get dressed and go downstairs to purchase my kids food. I mean come on, you saw us all together. He knew they were my kids. Then earlier tells us we cant swim after 9pm in the pool. Sooo many rules and no accommodations get bad reviews. Good thing the Saturday morning desk girl was better, as she let us stay a bit longer to swim on the pool and give us towels. That's all my kids wanted to do is swim and that was the only reason we stayed in the hotel.

No extra pillows , breakfast was sausage and eggs for hot items, rooms are outdated , pool was big enough for baseball kids. First room smelt horrible and front desk moved us with no problem. Dresser drawers wouldn't close and front desk had no tape. Kids ran into them. Front desk tolerated loud kids in the breakfast area playing after we were rained out at the pool. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time, our grandchildren enjoyed the swimming pool
